Not good… passing through on our way home from a cruise and wanted a quick meal. I consider myself a five guys aficionado as I eat at them frequently…
Today was entirely different. Restaurant was busy as expected at lunch time on a Sunday but it wasn’t crazy busy.
We waited almost 30 minutes on two single cheeseburgers and some fries. When we finally got our food it was all cold.
My wife’s burger was pretty much raw and this is not acceptable. Whoever is in charge needs to know. We will not be back and you probably don’t care. As a fellow business owner, thought you’d like to know.

Received excellent food and service here. I was very impressed with Diana Frazier and Demetrias Dawkins. Diana was so friendly and helpful while trying to order and then went to the cook top and helped Demetrius who was very busy making several orders. I was able to observe them both during my brief wait and am truly impressed with the care given toward making sure my order was prepared well as well as completing several other orders at the same time. They worked very efficiently and well together. When I came in I had had a busy and very frustrating evening. They way I was treated and observing the careful attention given to my order, while working quickly, went a long way toward turning my evening around. Excellent food provided by exceptional people. Thank you, Five Guys, you’re really raising the bar here!

We ordered 3 meals today, and the customer service was excellent — honestly one of my best experiences at a Five Guys. The cashier, Angel Y, was very patient with us and made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
We don’t usually eat at Five Guys (maybe once a year), but after today we might be coming back more often. She was truly a pleasure to interact with!

I stopped by around 3 for a late lunch. I got the little cheeseburger with a little fry. My fries were fresh and tasted good. My burger on the other hand didn’t taste that good. It was cold, cheese wasn’t melted, and seemed as if it was sitting for awhile or something. Just didn’t have that fresh off the grill taste or hotness coming through the foil.

Travelling in SC, and I could’ve gone to a local burger joint and had the “Elvis” Burger (hold the peanut butter), but chose the known standard – Five Guys. I was not disappointed! A delicious made to order burger with a mountain of fries. The restaurant was clean well managed. The Manager,Jeffrey, was welcoming and customer service oriented. Thank you!

It had been a looong time since visiting a Five Guys because we moved out of country, but it was just as delicious as I remember. I had forgotten how big the serving of fries is though- lol! For 3 of us, we got 3 regular fries, but we should’ve gotten 1 to split
The only downside was that there was some trash left on tables, and the floor was sticky in places. There were lots of people working, but only us and one other couple at another table.

I’ve always been a Five Guys customer since they made their way to the Deep South. This is my home Five Guys and I haven’t had a problem throughout the years. The customer service seems to be okay and my food has always came out hot and fresh. There’s times where it’s really busy during lunch hours and it’s hard to get food. Overall I haven’t a bad experience. .

Have eaten in Oregon and food was amazing fries crispy burgers amazing, this 5 Guys in Cola SC extremely disappointed food was soggy fries and burgers were awful was very sloppy , over dressed sloppy mayo and catsup was extremely disappointed onions chopped up in small pieces. Would not go back to eat at all
