Visited during the pregame hours before the football game on Saturday. Ordered a little bacon cheeseburger and two bacon cheeseburgers. They gave us another patty for the little bacon cheeseburger for free and the large fry actually had a ton of fries unlike some other five guys locations. I’d recommend this Five Guys!

Lights are turned low to seem closed. Staff looks like they are bothered you came in. Its loud and you can barely hear the cashier. Everyone looks miserable and mad that you dared spend 50 bucks here. Go to the forest acres one. They are fast clean and efficient. Im upset cause we always go to that one and came here cause it was closer. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. 5 GUYS FIX THIS

Waited for 3 hours for my food!!! I ordered on the app and they just kept making in-store customers food before mine. I went up and asked about my order TWICE, and yet people kept coming in after me, ordering, and getting their food before I did. I know the restaurant was slammed but ignoring the online/mobile orders was completely unacceptable!
