We ordered burgers and fries to go last week, and I just want to highlight the exceptional customer service we received. One of my sons has a severe peanut allergy but absolutely loves Five Guys burgers. The manager (I didn’t catch his name) personally walked our order through the entire process to ensure there was no cross-contamination.
His care, attention, and genuine concern made all the difference. It was such a reassuring and positive experience, and it meant a lot to our family. Thank you for going above and beyond!

i always have a good experience at this place. i work in the shopping center so i come for my lunch. everyone is nice. i feel like the wait time to get my foods is timely considering they make it fresh and they put together the burger very well. one time i forgot my card and the guy at the counter was very patient and kind to me and they made the food while i went to get my card. 10/10!

Excellent fries just like usual. The portion for the French fries is excellent. The place is quite clean. They have indoor and outdoor seatings. The area around the restaurant is excellent as they have many shops around the restaurant. Parking is very adequate, there are a lot of parking space available.

5 stars for Five Guys on Rea Road. The staff was very friendly, the dining area was clean, plus the best fries by far are made at Five Guys. Sometimes, all I get is a large order of fries with a soda. Today, I ordered a BLT sandwich and double burger. Didn’t take any pictures because it was inhaled as soon as it was served. Stop in at your local 5 Guys just for the fries!

Not sure if it’s a 5 Guys corporate thing but this location continues to skimp out on the fries. Just now I picked up an order and they don’t even use the cups anymore. Way smaller bag as “large fries” for the same old price. Really disappointed.
Might be time to find another burger place.

Ordered two burgers and fries from here this afternoon and they left out the fries. I called to ask for a refund for the fries and the employee I spoke to said they couldn’t refund me because I placed the order online and that I had to call corporate. Called corporate and have been on hold for 30 min. Not worth it.

Fries were not done. Had to take them home and put them in the air fryer to finish cooking them. I wish they asked if you wanted cheese on your burger. Who eats a burger with no cheese? Probably my last visit here.
