I just wanted to give Derek R his props, he was so kind and so efficient and I could tell he had some discomfort, when he greeted me, like he was in pain, so I asked him how he was doing and he said, “I’m in pain, but I’ll be alright.” He proceeded to work through his pain and handle my order with such a fantastic attitude, regardless of what he was going through and I truly appreciate him for it! Quality customer service is so hard to come by these days. He deserves a raise AND a PAID vacation, I will definitely be back because of his kindness. He worked through his personal situation to make sure me and the other customers were taken care of properly, he deserves every blessing GOD sends his way. Took my whole family out to eat here and they all loved it milkshakes burgers, fries everything was great and worth the weight. We will definitely be going back soon. They cooked our burgers perfect Highly recommend this place very good. Everybody was super nice. Thanks again.

I ordered on the app a little cheeseburger and small Cajun fries. I did have to wait 7 minutes past my pickup time for my order to be ready (the burger was ready before the fries were done).
They gave me like 4x the amount of fries, which I guess is the signature move at Five Guys.
The burger was good! The fries were good but seemed a little undercooked.
The restaurant is clean and they have free peanuts at the register. I overheard someone ask for the bathroom code, so I guess the bathroom is for paying customers only.

The food is delicious. Burgers melt in your mouth & they always give a lot of fries! ( something they’re obviously known for ). I prefer the Cajun fries over the original but my bf thinks it has too much seasoning so take that into consideration. It did take awhile for them to give us our food when we did a pickup order but it was worth it because everything was hot and fresh. It is a bit more pricey than other places but we like to go every once in awhile if we are craving it.
Also, I appreciate that they usually put the meals into separate bags to avoid confusion.

Pretty empty on this Wednesday afternoon, staff was friendly & the burgers came out pretty quick! Got the cheeseburger, 1/10 presentation, 10/10 taste! & also got the large fry, that was shared!
