This is my first bad review for a five guys. Whatever you would expect at five guys you get the opposite here. Friendly faces? No not here. Over loaded fry bags. Nope barely half the cup I paid over $7 for. A juicy burger. Negative just a hockey puck. Even the cashier was rude just to serve warm not hot food

I think this might be the first time I have written a restaurant review, but my whole experience here was strange.
Went to the register where the older man at the counter made fun of me when I stuttered on my burger choice. After being the only customer in the building and paying over $40 for two burgers, fries, and drinks, I didn’t expect the food to come out wrong. We took our burgers back up which were not even close to what we ordered, they kindly remade them a second time.
At this point there are two other customers when our burgers come out wrong for the second time. To top it off, the older man just kinda stared at my girlfriend and I while we ate. I’m honestly not even angry, the whole situation was just so strange..

There was about 5 customers, and 7 employees… standing around talking… they still got my order wrong and it took @45 min to get 3 burgers and 2 small fries. :/ The lady at the register was super nice which saved them from getting a 1 star!

Mostly great. The hamburger was incredible and the toppings were top notch. And although I love this style of French fries, they were way too salty. Otherwise, fast, friendly service and high quality burgers!

Ordered food through door dash and they gave my food to the wrong person. When I called to ask what was going on they refused to remake my food, had a terrible attitude, refused to give me their name, and hung up on me. When I called back, a different person answered the phone, got a attitude, and hung up on me also.

My wife said she had a taste for a burger, very rare for her, so she asked about this place and wanted to try it out.
The staff was very nice and explained to us why their prices were slightly higher. They spoke about the type of meat, the freshness of the meat, and their daily delivery.
My wife loved and burger and their fresh-cut fries, sure she will be returning with me I hope.

They need to validate parking. Mine was supposedly validated. As I was leaving it didn’t work. Only option is try to find another parking spot and walk back to store. When I did they said the clerk should have waited for a green light on validation machine. If they know this why did they let me end up getting home with ice cold food for my family? Btw I took 4 tries to get greenlight on validation machine. First clerk just didn’t care.

The prices are very high, much higher than I remembered pre pandemic and compared with Boston. Over $7 for a small cheese burger and $3.99 for small fries. It is a fast food, no service joint afterall!
