Wow has this place gone downhill! If you’re gonna skimp out on the fries you’ve completely eliminated the whole reason for buying the overpriced burger and shake. Cookout just opened next door, you should be upping your game, not dropping the ball. Last time at 5 guys!

The food wasn’t cooked all the way through. The service at the front, the guy was very rude and disrespectful to my husband and his friend. I took a picture of the receipt of the guys name who was rude. I do not recommend this place.

Very good burgers, fries and shakes. The staff is friendly and works hard getting orders out. Food portions are great with more fries than most folks can eat. Our local 5 Guys could use a bit more cleaning as far a tables but the staff never stops working and seem to try to keep up but they appear shirt staffed. The floors are slippery sometimes.

Yes I just drove an hour for a cheeseburger… Totally worth it. The staff is friendly and quick. Burgers and fries come out hot and fixes were correct. Make your own soda machine was fully stocked. Peanuts by the door while you wait.
This location shares a parking lot with another restaurant. Spaces are clearly marked IN FRONT OF FIVE GUYS, that they belong to the store next door. Saw someone park and go into Five Guys… Truck came around. She got to the car before he hooked up. So use the marked spots.

I pulled in 5 mins. to close and we had just a few mins earlier had been denied access to the Food Lion(RUDE LYIN’) with 10 mins. left before they closed. I Walked into a super clean restaurant that had ppl hard at work preparing to shut it down for the evening. They, to my surprise when i asked if they minded dropping a big order of fries for me, the manager smiled and said ,”for sure!” It made Dad the hero again after forgetting to buy fries at the store earlier. I brought home a giant bag of FIVE GUYS fries hot and sizzling fresh!

The food was delicious! Unfortunately, the manager on duty with the red lipstick was incredibly rude when a cashier asked for change for his drawer. Disappointed that everyone had to hear the words she said. Be better to those who work under you, or speak with them privately. Sad.

Went with my family yesterday. It was right at opening. Family ordered then I ordered a hotdog with fries. I asked the lady what she suggested for toppings and she simply waves at the board behind her. I said yes, I can read. I guess I say all of this to say she was just plain rude and didn’t even attempt to be helpful. I will say everything was pretty good but the lady running the register definitely needs to work on her people skills. That was the quickest I ever got 0% on the tip screen in my life.

Great burgers and they give a good amount of fries in an order. They were cleaning up tables immediately. It was worth stopping. Chocolate shake was delicious.
