Burgers? Fantastic. Service? Fantastic. But the fries? You can’t see that every other one is nearly burnt? Fries shouldn’t be orange. They shouldn’t be greasy. And stop oversalting them! I don’t know what good a bag full of fries is when 55% of them aren’t edible.

Always good burgers but way too expensive. Two burgers, two medium drinks and small fries was almost $32 dollars. Great if you can afford it but not a recommendation for families with children.

I always get a double cheeseburger, it’s always delicious. Made just how you like with or without the fixings. I enjoy the milkshakes as well but not a big fan of the French fries, I think they are a bit too salty but they give you an abundance of fries. The price is a little higher than other burger places but the burgers here are better than some other burger places.

This place is unbelievable, astronomical prices and the quality is not there they guy cooking the food took our order and a young lady cooked a batch of fries salted them and then served the batch to the customer who was waiting for her order, meanwhile our grilled cheese and lil burger were on the grill the guy went to the register for other customers then the frie girl left and then another woman comes up and finishes our order and results the fries, fries were over salted and some were very hard and not cold bc they are not cleaning out the tray, my grilled cheese was not a 7.00 grilled cheese it tasted like cheap processed cheese and the burger had so much ketchup and mustard on it you couldn’t taste the fries, this was our first visit, so no impressed. 30 bucks for subpar service and fries and waited on by 3 people who did not communicate what the other had done. So much Hype, did not deliver at all.

5 guys gets 5 stars I’ve never been to one where I had a bad experience. Best burger you will have anywhere unless you cook your own at home on the grill. I was especially pleased when eating at the 5 guys in Teays valley, WV. The lady working the register my receipt says her name is Ronnie. I watched her notice an elderly man get out of his suv and was using a walker to get to the door and she stopped what she was doing and hustled out to beat him to the front doors so she could open them for him. Then walked him back out to his vehicle carrying his food and drink for him. Awesome job Ronnie!!! Need more people like you in the word !

$45 for couple of burgers, drinks and one large fry and I ended up going next door to McDonald’s to get a burger ordered the way I wanted it, came back to my son and ate at the table with my McDonald’s. 5 bros put cheese on my burger which I specifically told them not to do while ordering and then they added undercooked bacon which I’m still puzzled over. Won’t be back. I’ll spend half as much making twice the amount of food next time and it will be made right. Poor job, guys.
