Walked into Five Guys and got greeted like I was royalty—if royalty wore gym shorts and was dangerously hungry. The staff were so cheerful, I briefly wondered if they were on fries or just high on life. Either way, 10/10 customer service.
Ordered a burger and, boom, it showed up faster than my last Amazon Prime order. Juicy, delicious, and cooked so perfectly I considered proposing to it. The flavor? Loud. Proud. Probably yelling “USA!” in my mouth.
Then came the fries… oh dear Lord, the fries. They didn’t just give me a serving—they gave me a fry avalanche. I’m pretty sure there’s still a few hiding in the bag waiting to ambush me later. Took most home, because apparently Five Guys thinks I need enough fries to survive the apocalypse.
Place was spotless, staff were delightful, food was sinful. 10/10, would let them personally destroy my diet again.

The guy named Nico that works here is absolutely wonderful!!! We came in 20 mins before closing worried it was too late (I also work in food service..) and he reassured us it was totally fine, and gave us amazing service even with him saying he’s had a long day. He is a wonderful employee, please treat him well & take care of him well!!! We love him! And the food was hot and fresh and delicious (as always). Thank you for the great experience Nico & coworkers/rest of staff!!

Got food poisoned eating here.
I don’t usually post comments like this, but 3hours after eating here I’ve experienced the worst stomach ache I’ve ever had. Could be from the oil they are cooking the fries or a bad batch of beef patties idk. But if management reads that please do something about it . This experience was on 01/30/26

Hopped off I-81 like 5 minutes before closing, the staff was so nice even thoughI was “that guy who comes in right before closing.” Everyone wished me a good night and made the food with smiles on their faces. Wild. Five stars five guys.

i never write reviews, but this place deserves it. Where to begin? I’ve been through many different employees and they always remember my order each time, they greet you as you come in and say goodbye when you leave. They’re personable friendly people. The burgers and fries are just right. I’ve been to other five guys where the buns are soggy and the meat is dull and tasteless, where the fries are salted way too much that it takes away from the fried potato flavor. Everything here is cooked just right. Meat is always juicy, buns never soggy, and the cheese is always in the right amount. Fries are perfectly sprinkled with salt. Another thing to add, I’ll get a drink after ordering a meal beforehand, and they’ll let me get the drink on the house. Hands down the best five guys in the tri-state area

When I want a burger, I come here. The food tastes good every time. I started with a cheeseburger and all the toppings but now eat a plain bacon cheeseburger. The meat has a really good flavor and doesn’t need to be covered up with condiments. Add a side of fries and a vanilla milkshake to complete my meal!
