I don’t come to Five Guys often due to dietary issues, but my husband wanted a burger so here we go. This Five Guys in Colonial Heights, VA is by far the cleanest restaurant, fast food or otherwise, that I’ve been to a really long time. The bathroom was spotless as well. My burger and fries were better than expected. Please keep up the good work. I feel like they appreciate their customers knowing there are other choices. God bless the owners and employees.

Stopped in tonight for a quick grilled cheese before checking in my hotel down the street. Everyone was very polite, friendly, and working hard. There was a lot of communication among all of the staff – from the cashier to the grill person to the people preparing the burgers. It looked like a very well-organized process. Great job everyone! Oh, and my grilled cheese was delicious ☺️

I arrived at 7:03pm and left by 7:12pm.
Upon entering I was greeted by an employee who was on the grill. And another young lady took my order, even suggesting items.
I order 4 burgers and the cashier was patient with my order. As I waited for my order a Door Dasher entered, the staff asked her what order she was picking up. The staff kept the Dasher updated the status of the order. As I waited I saw a gentleman cleaning the area in the kitchen space.
I noticed how well kept and clean this location was. Even in the peanuts area, the floor was fairly spotless. The walls were clean. The lighting were all on and not dead light bulb even found.
The drinking fountain dispensers were super clean as well.
While waiting I could observe how the line was going. I noticed the woman on the grill did change her gloves while handling different foods or material such as the foil. I did find it more welcoming staff getting along and getting the work done while completing orders. I believe this space definitely deserves recognition on how well maintained and clean it is.
The gentleman who provided my pick up ordered even provided me a plastic bag knowing I was transporting the food in my car.

Stopped by for a late lunch (around 3:30). They were rockin’ and rollin’! I don’t know what kind of system they have worked out, but it sure is efficient! Very pleased with the service and really impressed with how they kept things moving. I also love the new combo option!

Believe it or not! This was my first time going to Five Guys. I’ve always heard that they have good burgers but, I figured there’s only so much that you can do with a burger. Well… Let me be the first person to admit that I was wrong!! These burgers were DELICIOUS!!! I got a Cheeseburger with sauteed onions, mustard, ketchup, lettuce, tomato and mayo and it was simply heavenly!! I also ordered the Cayan Fries and they did not disappoint!! Now I see what all the fuss is about. Five Guys you get 5Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Every once in a while my family of 6 will order delivery from here as a treat with 4 shakes, 5 burgers and 1 large fry and 1 regular fry for $136 including $8 tip. The experience use to be top notch, no complaints. Due to personal issues, can’t go get food, but I tip very well for 2miles.
The last 3 times over the course of 1 yr has had issues.
* One being lack of labeling even when requested not all are labeled, with allergies this is important and should not be partially.
* Other thing is the fries are either partially filled cups or full cups but no extra in the bag like they use to dump a lot in the bag too.
* Shakes are sometimes fully melted like they made them first then waited for delivery driver to pick them up, but I am told they are made when driver comes. Again I live 2 miles away and I have brought home shakes in the past from there and they were melted at all. Its not because driver has other orders either, I see I am there only order.
* Burgers are sloppy lately, like half meat and everything stacked half way off each other and buns are half way on the meat. With these cheese its not easy getting buns and everything aligned to eat without ripping everything apart.

Want to experience a rip off? Come to give guys! $12 for a suffice burger is the way to go here! Also, don’t forget the roaches that are the size of mice that walk around like they run the place. Quite disturbing with the whole experience if you ask me.
