If you’re looking for a cheap good burger with unlimited toppings, this is the place! Pretty well seasoned and they are amazing with the amount of items they put on it. If you order the fries be warned; they are HUGE!! You could probably get a kids size and it would still be too much but, i will never see that as a negative. Delicious food, fast times and nice people.

TLDR: food was good, order was forgotten but overall I would recommend this restaurant.
Both the service and amount of mistakes was amazing, both good and bad respectively. Starting out with the bad, they left out multiple drinks from our order which we had to go back and reorder. Then, they ended up loosing track of the order and excluding the drinks had not made anything. After finally getting our order there were multiple mistakes.
Moving on to the good, customer service was really good, I’m not local so I don’t have a good comparison nearby but compared to what I’m used to it was some of the best I have gotten, hence why I rated service higher despite the problems. Food was what you would expect from five guys. Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Lastly, to make up for the problems we were given a partial refund. If not for the forgotten order I probably would have given this place a 5 star.

The staff was professional and attentive—not just to me but to every customer walking in. I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger with a side of small fries; everything was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious.
This spot may become my new go-to, saving me the trip to Colonial Heights (which is also great, but a bit of a drive).

The staff are ‘chick-fil-a’ courteous and have never prepared us a meal that was not accurate to the letter. Ingredients are always fresh (none of that flimsy water grass and flavorless tomato the other burger joints serve) and the atmosphere is always comfortable and easy going. Even their take out orders seem to stay fresher on the ride home! One of the best in a line of top five burgers places in chesterfield!
