Five guys has never let me down and this one was no different. It was a late night, slow night, one table full and we walk in. The customer service was perfect, dude wasn’t all energized he was cool calm and will to answer questions. At was my girls first time eating there and he had no problem with time she took to make a decision even subjected things, that’s all you need in customer service. Everyone working deserves a raise, clean place, great food, we were satisfied.

I recently went to Five Guys for a hot dog. The price for a dog was $9.00, that is what you pay for a dog at a ball park. The owners of Five Guys are greedy, unless their prices come down, I am heading to other establishments. By the way Freddy’s burgers are far better than FGS and at a reasonable price.

my friend and i went in around 7:40pm. I have a gluten allergy, and the staff catered to my allergy in the best way they could without an issue. My friends order got lost in the dinner rush (no one’s fault, just an accident!), and all the staff were friendly with getting it out ASAP. Our food was served hot with good quality! The staff who worked this shift this evening were wonderful, friendly individuals!

The black girl there was very rude. She did not greet me at all. And was angry that I could not order fast enough. She has red braids in her hair very young and immature. Does not need to be working there. She was working there in the afternoon. I recommend going there at night to get better service. The spot overall is great though.

I love a good, juicy, meaty burger! So I have been trying different places to feed that craze. I went to five guys in Norfolk with my son to try out their burgers. We got there around eight thirty in the evening and some people were dining inside but most of the people came and picked up the meals they ordered and left.
First when you walk in the door you will notice the clean look of the wall art and positive reviews from the media posted. You also have peanuts in the shell available at the entrance. I have to say the cashier was very friendly and helpful about telling you the quantity of side orders in the containers and size of burgers. To the novice at Five Guys you may over order and not be able to eat all the food due to the substantial difference in amount of food you get.
I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger all the way and my son ordered a cheeseburger with pickles mustard and mayo with seasoned fries and a large drink. We took our receipt with the order number and sat at our booth. In about ten minutes our order was called, the food was piping hot and the fries were very crisp and the quantity was great.
My son dove right into the fries with glee, while I clocked in on my burger. The first bite made my mouth water and the flavors were very satisfying. My son went through his burger like a chainsaw through firewood! The burger was juicy, well seasoned and the toppings were very fresh. The fries are fresh cut and you definitely can tell by the taste as well they were seasoned perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the positive environment to eat it in! Great experience!

I just had an amazing experience at Five Guys Burgers and Fries! I ordered the Little Bacon Cheeseburger with Cajun-seasoned fries and a vanilla milkshake. Let me tell you, every bite was fantastic! The burger was made from premium meat, cooked to perfection, and packed with flavor. The fries? Freshly cut and made daily, perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of kick. And the milkshake—absolutely incredible! Freshly made every morning with top-quality ingredients, it was the perfect treat to round out my meal.

Honestly, with her knowledge and customer service skills, I’m surprised she’s not in management or a corporate role—she’s that good!
JR was on the grill, and I could tell right away that he knew exactly what he was doing. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the flavors really shined.
