There were 5-6 young men running this place like a well oiled machine when I dropped in last week!! My food was correct and fresh, everybody was doing their part, dining area was clean and wiped down, and customer service was beyond unexpected. Not because they were young or because they were men….I’ve never associated this type of service with any other five guys establishment!! I was greeted when I walked in, one young man asked my name and then on one accord everyone on the team greeted me by name I was so catch off guard and blown away!!! Awesome job fellas, this truly made my day and I made a point to remind myself to come give this review because of them

Way too expensive for what you get. $17 and some change for a double hamburger and medium fries. Got home and realized they put cheese on the burger, called back and asked for a replacement. Went back and got a burger that was in several pieces. Never got an apology or an offer for more fries, since they were cold. The customer service and quality of food has definitely declined.

My first time here and actually I’m very impressed with everything we got! Fries were amazing, the burgers were top notch and the hotdog also was pretty good. Was really pricey but the bacon cheeseburger I got was so good making it worth the money.

Good: The food is very good. The hamburgers are thick and juicy. The fries are always hot and I like both the regular and the seasoned. The service is friendly. This is another level than other fast food or quick service restaurants.

What I like about Five Guys is that the food is prepped and cooked as soon as you order. I also dig the free unlimited toppings to put on burgers. Their fries are amazing too. Next time, I think I might try a milkshake.

Got there 10 minutes after opening. Google says they open at 11 but it’s actually 10am-10pm 7days a week. The lady cashier was delightful. We had a big order and she made sure that all of the meals were organized and even provided us with a big takeout box and all of the peanuts we wanted. Although it is a little pricey the food is worth it.
