Great food. The burgers are some of the best. They are very juicy and tasty and always hot with perfectly melted cheese and soft sesame buns. Fries are OK in my opinion not my favorite but some people love them. Their shakes are good and they have free peanuts. The environment can feel a little bit crowded or noisy but I don’t dislike it overall. VERY expensive food though compared to other fast food which is why I’m giving 4 stars. Just a burger is 10 to 15 dollars with no drink or fries. So expect to pay 20 to 25 for a full meal. Great food if you can swallow the price.

Alejandro and Janet made the BEST BURGERS I have ever had in my LIFE!! It was so good I called to get their names to leave this review. This was my first and not my last time coming. It was a little bit of a wait but it was fine watching them grill my burger fresh and have it perfect! They were so kind and helpful and the building was clean and well kept. Great job guys!

Picked up some Five Guys since I had a giftcard. The food tasted great. The burgers were loaded, they gave us more fries than I thought possible, and the Salted Caramel Shake was tasty too. It’s just a bummer that prices have gone up so much. It does taste better quality than most fast food, but that price tag makes it hard to go back until I get another giftcard.

Dear Five Guys Customer Service,
I am not the type of person who complains, but my recent experience at your restaurant was unacceptable. The milkshake I was served was clearly off—made with expired milk—and I had to throw it away. When I mentioned this to the manager, he simply grinned and did not offer a replacement or refund.
Additionally, I specifically ordered a burger with no onions, yet it arrived loaded with onions. Once again, the staff made no attempt to correct the order or offer compensation.
This level of indifference and disregard for basic food quality and customer service is extremely disappointing. I have always enjoyed Five Guys in the past, but this experience has completely changed my view. I will not be eating at any Five Guys location again unless I receive an apology and a full refund for my order.

This was my first time at a Five Guys and for $26 I got a hotdog, cheeseburger, fries and a drink. Let me first say that no fast food restaurant is worth that much. Even with self serve free peanuts.
I ordered the Tiny Burger all the way, Hotdog all the way, Tiny fries and a drink. All the extra toppings are “free.” There is nothing tiny about the fries; I was served an absurd amount. Enough for two to three people. The burger after unwrapped was sloppy. They weren’t busy; so, this must be common practice. They slice their hotdogs in half which is a big turn off for me. The burger although titled “Tiny” was plentiful.
Everything tasted okay but nothing stood out. Their fries are fresh but they are not double fried so they aren’t crispy. They did have a good balance of salt. I think the best part of the meal were the fries and they were just okay. McDonald’s and even Wendy’s have better tasting fries. I truly believe that Wendy’s burgers have much more flavor and for the price, their sloppiness is acceptable.
Although the staff was friendly, I won’t be visiting any Five Guys in the foreseeable future with those prices. I can not recommend this franchise to anyone. I can have a full service lunch experience for the same price.

I hadn’t been in probably 2+ years because of the price and when I compared it to Burger King or Shake Shack the pricing wasn’t that much different but the quality and quantity outshine the other two. Five Guys just hits different.

It’s great that they have so many toppings to choose from to add to the juicy fresh burgers here. And I love that they give you so many fries that they spill over the cup. When I go with my friends only one person needs to order fries and we share them around the table.
This time I got take-out to bring home and eat after a long shift at work. These burgers really hit the spot when you need to relax with an easy meal.
The people who work at the location I went to seem to have great teamwork when filling lots of orders.

Not open at 2 in the afternoon bc it snowed a few Inches at 4am. Ruined my lunch break bc I still had to show up to work. Wasted my time coming here now I gotta go back to work without eating. Put a photo up just so they can’t claim it was super bad weather clear parking lot and sidewalks
