I have a severe gluten allergy and ordered my food at a very super busy time and Keith from the store jumped up immediately and made sure it stayed gluten free. As someone who travels for a living this made me feel so safe since my entire bill of health is based on this allergy. Being able to find somewhere like this while traveling and someone like Keith makes a world of difference and I wish every person with an allergy or with celiac can find someone like Keith. He needs to be promoted!!!

There have been toppings missing from my food on multiple occasions but I will never pass this location up. The customer service is always nice. I do however want to give a shout out to the young man Ken. He is ALWAYS pleasant and informative. If you have to wait for something, he will let you know and apologize to you for the wait. Keep it up.

I ordered from the app and dropped in to pick it up. I had heard about their grilled cheese sandwich with a burger patty on it. OMG!! Delicious! And the Cajun fries were just as good. The workers were very friendly and helpful. Excellent experience & would definitely drop in again.

These burgers really are delicious. French fries are too good they remind me of the ones in my country. The people who attended us are very kind, when they call you to deliver your order or they do it with a joy that is contagious. The place is nice. When we enter we don’t receive rock music and it makes us feel comfortable.
I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon and fries, the fries are delicious! The burger was just right and very delicious. I also ordered a strawberry lemonade, I really liked it on Saturday, there are more lemonade and soda options. The place is clean, I liked the phrases on the walls and the blackboard with children’s drawings. I recommend it, it was a good afternoon at Five Guys!

I am honestly giving this five star review because of the great customer service from the young man who was behind the register (specifically on Wednesday Nov. 26th 2025 @ 9pm). I didnt get his name, but he showed a level of professionalism through and through and instantly handled a discrepancy I had with my order. Quality employee.

I’m pretty furious that I just paid almost $20 for a meal I could have gotten from burger king and received more food for less money. If I could give zero stars I would. Smh I’m a regular customer to the Woodbridge, VA Prince William Parkway location; and the food is outstanding with huge portions, making it WORTH paying almost $20 for. I walked into this location at South Laburnum Avenue; and after waiting for the girl to finish flirting with the guy on the grill for 8 minutes, I received my SMALL burnt cold not Cajun regular priced fries and burger. Smh I actually love Five Guys, but I’ll never return to this location again. I should have known when I didn’t notice a large crowd or line like the Woodbridge, VA locations. Lesson learned, now I know to avoid the place like everyone else!! That was definitely NOT worth $18, and not what I’m used to when thinking of Five Guys.
