Awesome customer service at this place and it made the food taste even better. They speak when you enter and even address when you’re leaving. It’s a ways from where I live but I will come to this Five Guys from now on!

Way too expensive. A bacon cheeseburger combo was over $20. Good is delicious but not worth the price. Just got the burger only for over $10. I’ll just go to Red Robin next time. At least they have bottomless fries/salad.

We went to the Westchester location on 12/27/24 at 6:32pm and picked up our food. My burger was not fully cooked at all, the center was very pink, and I did not realize it until towards the middle of the burger and had to throw the rest of the burger away.

Horrible customer service provided by the day shift supervisor. I asked for my burger well done. I over head the shift supervisor tells the cook. If she doesn’t like it she can just bring it back. So my time or money is not valued at this establishment. I asked for a refund and I noticed a few days later I was only refunded for the burger but I left the drink and burger on the counter for a full refund.
