Burger was delicious, cooked perfectly, all my toppings were arranged neatly, and it wasn’t dry like a lot of fast food places. The fries? Lacking. I’ve had good fries, these were sad greasy excuses for potatoes. The only good thing about them is that you get way too much. The atmosphere is very retro, however the music was too loud which made conversation difficult, but at least it was decent music.

The burgers are amazingly fresh and made to order.
The fries are delicious — I recommend asking that they make them crispy. If you want to save money, split the small fry — it is more than enough for 3 people. They offer a Coke machine (x2) that you can mix your own drinks — and they are always working! Milkshakes are also available.
The atmosphere is fun — the workers seem to enjoy being there and are often laughing, smiling and even singing along with the music being played. They are very kind and friendly to every single customer.
Also, a side note, bathrooms have always been clean — and I seriously appreciate that.

I am beyond pleased with the service, quality, and staff at this location. The young lady serving as the cashier was beyond sweet and personable, I’d like to request a corporate raise for her. The two older cooks were such gentlemen and so kind and gracious, they also deserve a corporate raise. The food was positively scrummy and so much better priced than colonial heights, $10 compared to their $12! I’d like to shake every staff members hand and wish them a delightful day for making mine brighter. I will be following up with this location shortly about the raise I requested for the three superb employees. Kudos to the general manager for hiring them. I also appreciate the smiley face carved into my burger, how kind!

It’s a Five Guys. Food is pretty good, if a bit spendy. Music is loud and seats are made to get you in and out. If you want a good burger quick, this is a great choice.

Cashier was precise.
Meal was prompt but did forget my drink it was retrieved shortly after.

Not sure why the kid working the register (hairnet, black shirt, earring, took a break right before 4pm) felt the need to be incredibly rude. I’m sorry for ordering a burger and tipping I guess? That kid probably shouldn’t interact with customers. Burgers are good though.

Burgers were wrong. Told the manager and got eyes rolled at me. Then they all started speaking another language and looking at me. I watched carefully to make sure they didnt put anything in my food. Will never go to this location again. Poor communication and rude employees.
