I placed an online order through their app for pickup. The process was simple and straightforward, and the app estimated my order would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes, which lined up almost perfectly with my drive there. It was ready right when I walked in. The staff was friendly, as they always seem to be.
I ordered a cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, tomato, mustard, ketchup, pickles, and onions. For those who don’t know, a cheeseburger at Five Guys comes with two patties, so you’re getting a solid, filling burger. It came in just under $12 before tax, which I’ll admit is on the pricier side for a burger, but the quality justifies it. The ingredients taste fresh, everything is made to order, and it just hits differently compared to your typical fast food chain.
There’s not much more to say, honestly. It’s consistently good, the portion size is satisfying, and it’s one of those rare fast food options that doesn’t leave you feeling gross afterward. As long as they keep doing what they’re doing, I’ll keep coming back.

Five Guys does a great job with their burgers and they have the best fries anywhere. Fresh, cooked right and plentiful. Burgers was cooked with the many fixings, tasty and messy!!! Service was good , polite and proper. Peanuts are a great snack while you wait, take some with you on the way out. Atmosphere was great. Good music, all kinds of people enjoying a weekend out either alone or with kids. It can be expensive but for sure you will be full. Place to go when in the mood for a messy burger and fries. Location at far west, West Broad, does a great job.

It’s good and all the burgers are crazy good, But get a small fry. I’m telling you. They literally fill your bag with fries to save for another day. Like do they expect me to eat all that?? My wife and I stopped in here for a late lunch on a Friday afternoon in November of 2023. It wasn’t crowded at all, but it was a bit difficult to find a parking spot.
The service was friendly and the burgers were outstanding, as usual. Be ready to share an order of fries as they’re always extra generous with the serving sizes.
The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms as well.
My only gripe is they’re a little pricey AND they have an option to tip for some reason. What exactly am I tipping for?

This is always a great experience. The menu may be pricey but you get plenty of food. They give you an abundance of fries when you order so a small will do and they are delicious.

I ordered online. The app said to arrive at a certain time and that the food would be ready then. I arrived at that time, but then had to wait 7 more minutes for the food to be ready.
I believe they need to do a better job calibrating the expected ready time with the actual ready time.

This was my first time ever at Five Guys. I grabbed a bacon cheeseburger and a large Five Guys style fries, to-go. And honestly, I think I had the best burger ever. Couldn’t finish the fries though, they were way too much for me. Wasn’t expecting the large size to be that big. Taking one star off because I had asked the cashier to give me a side of the cajun seasoning for the fries, but they missed it. I’d say order a small fries if it’s for just one person. Would visit again for burgers. Recommend this place!

The food tasted burnt, it took way longer than usual and for some reason they weren’t doing the Classic Combo promotion. The people working there seemed nice enough but this is definitely one of the worst Five Guys locations I have been to.
