We ordered meals. Cashier obviously new and very polite. Waited 11 minutes while food cooked. No other customers inside or in drive thru weekday approximately 5:30.
The mushy mess burger was still not hot. Bread not warmed at all. Plentiful hot fries.
We dined in and was told no trays available. Half of fries spilled in bags we had to convert to trays while eating in.

Too expensive.
To think that Halterman’s is the same price – is almost enough to never return to Five Guys.
The convenience took us here… but that is about it.
I can buy two 18 oz porterhouses and grill them for less.

It would be nice if I didn’t have to clean off the table I wanted to sit at. Floor is sticky around soda machines. Other than that it was a fine dining experience.

This is a very nice place to eat. The establishment itself is kept very clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price is rather high for fast food burger and fries but the quality is delicious. The portion sizes on the french fries are ginormous so if there are only two people eating a small fry is more than enough. I have a family of four and one large fry still leaves us two or three more servings left after we have all had our fill.
One thing that I really love is that they have the location of the potatoes they make their french fries out of each day listed up near the register. I think that is a fun little addition.

First impression, the tables needed wiping, and we got there just before noon. The staff was friendly, and seemed to be working diligently so not sure what the table neglect was all about. After we ordered, we waited about 7ish minutes for our meal which was one double hamburger and a small fry. We asked them to cut the sandwich in half as we were sharing it. The hamburger itself was pretty good. The mushrooms are canned, not fresh, which I found odd since they are sauteed. The burger came with a very small slice of tomato that was only on one side of the burger, and a thin leaf of lettuce. They could have been more generous with the toppings for sure. The french fries had good flavor but they were too floppy and not crisp at all. A rather disappointing visit for us.

This is a great burger! Even better are the people working here. You just don’t see team work, positive support and just good solid customer service anymore, but you will here! This place is running right! It was actually fun to watch them work so well together and the way they look after the customers was just fantastic. Great burger even greater people serving you. This place is doing it right.
