The hot dog was okay. The button bun and the condiments on it were ice cold and I had mushrooms and onions
One thing I did notice is that the roll is done early. Are both hamburgers and hot dogs and sitting on the counter until the hot meat gets placed on them so they have no concept of delivering everything at the end to the hot. The french fries are very hot. The service was friendly but they need to do better to assemble everything together at once so everything is delivered together. Hot, hot, hot
Huge disappointment for a rare treat – Soggy and inedible.
We haven’t had Five Guys in a long time and were really looking forward to it as a treat tonight. We picked up our order around 8:30 PM and live just down the street, but by the time we got home, the burgers were a total mess.
The bread was so incredibly soggy that it completely fell apart and soaked through—we ended up having to just eat the meat because the buns were basically mush. It was a really gross experience for a burger that costs this much.
It’s a shame because the milkshakes were awesome and the fries were great, but the main part of the meal was a fail. When you’re paying these prices, you expect a burger that holds together for a 5-minute drive. Hoping the team can look into their wrapping or prep process so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Update: Huge shout-out to Omar! I recently had a bad service experience here, but Omar stepped up and made it right immediately. He was professional, kind, and clearly cares about the customers. Five stars for Omar—he’s a massive asset to this team!
