Five Guys is hands down one of the best fast food chain restaurants out there when it comes to burgers! What sets them apart is the variety of fresh, flavorful burgers they offer — there’s something for everyone, and you can truly taste the quality in every bite. Their French fries are a game changer too — made fresh from real Idaho potatoes and cooked to crispy perfection.
One of my personal favorites is their veg burger — packed with flavor, fresh toppings, and served just right every time. And let’s not forget their signature sauces, which take everything up a notch.
The place is always clean and well-kept, and the team is super friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend you give it a shot — you won’t regret it. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Update: Apparently the phone at this location has been out a while. I had to drive back over there and explain what happened. The manager apologized for the inconvenience and fixed my order. I’m thankful for the fix, but frustrated I had to drive back. Great customer service from night manager on 6/14/25.
Original Post: Terrible. Ordered a cheeseburger and told Andrea “ALL THE WAY”… Got home and the only thing on it is cheese. The sandwich is so dry and they will not pick up the phone at that location. I want another cheeseburger. Highly disappointed!!

Little warning. If you don’t tip, they mess with the burger. Mine had zero salt.
I asked for salt and they said it was salted.
If I’m standing to order and picking it up at the counter, I’m not tipping.

I was actually pretty impressed with the Five Guys burger at this location. When I do go, I would go to a location in Alexandria and I’m left feeling unimpressed. But this place by target was spot on! Maybe it was because we showed up exactly when they opened and so we can the super special burgers fresh out of the cooler. Whatever it was, the burgers and fries were delicious and the service was awesome. Everyone was so incredibly friendly.

Honestly no idea how this chain is still alive. $20.51 for a burger, small fry, and water cup, eating at the restaurant. Burger comes out with completely cold, unmelted cheese. Ask for it to get warmed up, manager acts like this was an inconvenience. Took a refund and left. Off you go, five guys, I’m over it. Better off spending half the price at the ihop next door.

Never pass on an opportunity to indulge in some Five guys meal. I ordered the Cajun fries and absolutely love them. The peanuts are also an excellent pre starter.
