The food was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff deserve 5 stars, but the food only deserves (at most) 2 stars. This was our first (and will be only) experience at Five Guys.
The prices are steep for what you get and the quality of the food does not justify the price gouging. Everything is priced individually and overpriced from the get go.
If you want a $9+ bacon cheeseburger, go to Texas Roadhouse; You’ll get a quality cheeseburger with the fries included you’ll still get the peanuts to munch on plus you’ll get rolls too.
If you want the same quality cheeseburger as Five Guys, just go to Burger King and get the meal; It will save you a little money and you’ll get fries and a drink included.

I gave them a three star rating because sometimes they get your order right and sometimes not. We usually order carryout and depending on the staff they have working on any given night they can be great or very poor. The milkshakes are very good!

Burgers are good. Ordered online a few times and had the wife pick up on way home and they have never had the full order. She had to make them redo the shake the last time because it was liquid and the employees were at 1st stunned and then irritated. Wont be returning again to this store.

Very good and fresh burgers. Beware when you are ordering…they have “regular” size and “little”. The “regular” is a double quarter pound burger and the “little” is just one burger. I made this mistake a few times at this restaurant by saying I wanted a regular cheeseburger, meaning that I just wanted a single. Same thing with the fries.

I LOVE Five Guys burgers. Like…. LOVE, love. And this particular location is FANTASTIC!! It’s soooo clean, the staff are extremely friendly, and the service is quick, even though it’s not REALLY a fast food restaurant. The food here is always, ALWAYS fresh.. but the truly best thing about it(other than the amazing burgers, obviously!) is the the service! The employees here seem so happy and seem to get along with each other really well, which, if you have ever worked on any kind of team-ESPECIALLY food service- you know this makes ALL the difference! I am always impressed with the wonderful patience, kindness, sense of humour, professionalism, speed, enthusiasm, more positive superlatives than I could ever say! It’s really that excellent of a team. I SOOOOO wish the prices were more reasonable, though!! That isn’t this store’s fault of course but I’d go there a lot more often if it wasn’t SO expensive! Otherwise, a great location to stop by!! Don’t miss it! ! Xo

Best burgers around, no need to get large fries because they always pill them on. Really like the soda fountain, can mix numerous flavors. Fast service and always good.

The place was empty but still took 15 minutes to get my food. The fries were cold and soggy like the oil wasn’t hot enough. This was 6:30 in the evening. For how much it costs (over $12 for small cheeseburger small fry and small drink) I expected more. I know I’m comparing apples and oranges here but I could have eaten at Golden Corral and had all you can eat for less.

Good hamburger but the msg always gives me a headache. Music as always was too loud. Didn’t have fries because I can’t eat so many. Smallest is not small enough so don’t buy them. Tried there shake but it was so sweet and artificial tasting. I through it away. Will not try again.

Dirty floors and and tables and order 3 meals and one had a hair in it from someones head. And when i told the cashier about it b4 I left they acted like they could care less. And for $41.00 I spent on 3 value meals….I would have got better quality at McDonald’s.

I absolutely love this place!!! The food is amazing. So many toppings to pick from and the food is usually done pretty quick. It is a little on the expensive side for bugers and fries, but the quality and taste are well worth it. Everytime we go the employees have always been friendly and helpful.
