Great food, never had a bad experience here, always had nice staff, though one person during my most recent visit was a little hard to hear, only problem I’ve really ever had, and I’ve attached a few photos, of a burger, and also the same burger but with some fries

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Do not order something here expecting it to be correct or even good. Khaelyn T I hope you weren’t the one making my order, if not please talk to the cook and tell them they need to learn how to make a damn burger. You work at five guys for goodness sake. And the fact that it’s priced at what it is and it’s worse than mediocre. A damn shame. Will never be revisiting.

I placed an online order for pickup got there 15 minutes later it said it would be done I waited 15 more minutes while several walk-ins came in and were served first. For an empty restaurant that was fully staffed the service was absolute dog trash were chit-chatting and dancing behind the grill while they could have been making my milkshakes and fries… got home and our burgers were cold not worth the $60(!) I spent for myself and 2 kids

Some how forgot the patties on my burger!?? How does that happen at a BURGER restaurant? The employees said they would remake the burger but messed up the new burger as well. Had to beg for a refund and another burger. Huge waste of time and money.

This was the 1st 5 guys I’ve been to and got a regular $7 fry, and I only had fries in the small cup. There were no extra, which ok. I guess the extra fries in the bag is me being selfish, but for $7 I would think you get more fries than small McDonald’s fries. The beef tasted off as well. It reminded me of older meat not fresh. I like 5 guys, but unless something changes, I would not recommend this location

I stopped in for some fries and a chocolate shake. The fries were excellent as usual they always give you plenty. However the milkshake was terrible. I could not even suck it through the straw. It was like straight chocolate syrup. They did not add any milk. It must have just been the last little bit of ice cream. The cup was not even full of ice cream. This cost me $14 and change
