I visit this Five Guys every week, and the staff is great, along with a pleasant atmosphere. However, when I returned to work from my purchase yesterday, I noticed that the large fries I usually receive were in a small bag instead of a cup, and the portion was only half the usual amount. I plan to try again next week, but if this is a new policy, I will reduce how often I go. I hope they were just out of cups and that a new employee prepared my order.

One of the best Five Guys experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ve had more than I’d like to admit. Crispy patties but not overcooked, perfectly well-done fries on request, with a ton of extra in the bag which feels more rare than it should be these days, considering how much their prices have gone up. Quick service, and hard working, friendly staff. Wish I lived in the area so I could enjoy it again!

Prices are more than you’d expect from a BK or McD’s, but you definitely get better quality food. The Cajun fries are probably my favorite fry from any chain restaurant, though some consider them too spicy.
