Great experience at Five Guys. The food was fresh and delicious as always, and the restaurant was clean and well run. Franco, the manager, really went out of his way to help and was incredibly kind. It’s always nice to see someone take pride in their work and make customers feel welcome. We really appreciated the great service and will definitely be back!

Normally I would give 4 stars for this 5 guys but they messed up our order – cheeseburger with no cheese and a bacon cheeseburger that was supposed to have 2 patties not 1. For $65 dollars for a family of 4 I expect to get what we ordered. Unacceptable. 5 guys has definitely declined over the last 20 years and at their price point they need to do a better job.

The $13.99 little combo is a great value, with a made fresh burger juicy and delicious, and even though it says “little fries” you get enough for a meal, and they taste like a baked potato. And the crew are always great, friendly. About the same price as McDonald’s or burger king but a hell of a lot better. Just no drive thru. Fresh food in less than 7 minutes.

I didn’t monde paying what this cost bc of the flavor and quantity but after today I won’t becoming back. Cashier Valeriia R according to the receipt, if not her then whoever worked 12/30 at 19:59 and wear glasses,was so darn rude. She rolled her eyes at my husband and I while we were talking and mocked me because he mispronounced a word because I stuttered. The fries now come in a small bag and burnt even thought I asked for large fries so not worth 9 bucks. And there’s no peanuts.

This is a very good location (was here ~ 7pm Friday) and the staff seemed very friendly to each other, good for customers to see, and the cashier girl who helped me was very pleasant.

So unfortunately I couldn’t give them fives across the board and it’s not really big deals but it is something that they need to work on came in and the cashier must have been getting ready to leave for her shift so she took my order without a problem gave me my ticket and she forgot to give me my cup, let’s discuss the food and how it was being prepared the gentleman that was behind it did an excellent job making my food and everybody else’s that I was able to stand and watch. His area was cleane each time he made a sandwich he made sure that he cleaned off the grill in between each one, when he finished one sandwich the way he communicated with the young lady that was working with him was great they did an excellent job working together. Now the floors are really really sticky you feel like you’re sliding the whole time you’re trying to walk.

usually go there for the fries, although a little pricey they are delicious, regular fry $6, Hamburgers are big and also Very good from $10 to $16 (approximately), and the shakes, again very good. Highly recommend 5 guys but a family of 4, hmm gonna cost you, but worth it.

I wish I could give it less than one star as we never received our food.
We have eaten there in the past and the food used to be good and at one time the service was friendly. However, this time we ordered online and after waiting an hour for our food, I gave up. This is after asking several times if our order was almost ready and every time they would gesture to burgers on the prep table and say those are yours right there.
At one point I became thirsty so I walked to the 7-11 in the next shopping center to get a soda (I wasn’t going to ask the staff at Five Guys for a drink, because they already seemed annoyed when I asked about our food). When I got back from 7-11 a woman who had also ordered online about 25 minutes after I did, had gotten her order and left (I know when she ordered because we had talked while we waited). People who had came in and ordered in the store after I had arrived to pick up my online order, received their orders before I did ( our order was not big – we only ordered three burgers and one order of fries.)
After waiting an hour I asked for a refund, because when I asked about our food one last time, they still gestured to the prep table and said those are your burgers being made. I realized then we were not going to get food from there though I did not understand the reason.
My wife and daughter suggested it was because I was wearing a US ARMY ball cap and a jacket with a Army logo on it. In hindsight makes sense as we were the only ones who did not appear to get their food, and when I asked for a refund no employee said so much as a, “sorry about that,” and the employee who gave me my refund appeared to be giving me disapproving looks.
I have included a pic of the online receipt and the refund, note the pick up time and the refund time. I also included a pic of the hat and jacket I was wearing.
I don’t know if all 5 guys are anti-military, but my feeling is that this one is. My recommendation is to stay away, or at least don’t wear military attire if you want to get your food.

Ordered a bacon cheese hotdog got alll the way home to find there is no hotdog just bacon on a bun no cheese nothing I came back and the guy with the black shirt told me he would not replace my order as if I was lieing I left a tip in the jar to get treated like a thief please check your order because manager is very disrespectful i will not be goin back to five guys because of this incident
