For starters the cashier nor the manager spoke good English. How do you place someone as a cashier when they do not speak English proficiently?
Placing my order:
After placing my order, i gave them my debit card to pay with. They ran my debit card through the machine hard 6 times. They ripped it through the machine hard enough that it left marks all over my credit card. Then told me my debit card was over the limit? I have enough money in the to pay for 20 family meals. They could not give a reasonable explanation. They just Shrugged her shoulders and said but I don’t know.
The order:
I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and the cashier repeated each one of the orders back to me. First of all at no point in time did she asked me if I wanted a single or a double. They just automatically charge me for a double and gave me a double. Once I got the food and sat down at the table. I started looking for the two bacon double cheeseburgers. Not only were the burgers not clearly marked, I could not find bacon either of my bacon cheeseburgers. In my order I had asked for 4 fries. As you can see by the picture it looks like they gave me a half a bag of fries. I suppose this wouldn’t be too bad if I was a lover however with the culmination of events, this was just another thing that irritated me.
I would like to note that the restaurant appeared to be very clean.
Overall my family will not be visiting this place again.

Pretty darn good burger … fries were undercooked … chairs are uncomfortable.

I just had the most delicious, bunless, cheeseburger. Very nicely wrapped in two, large pieces of lettuce. Various toppings. Hot and flavorful. I can’t believe I ate the whole thing. Onions were a little undercooked.

I removed a star for the high price! What i love is that the toppings are free! I always choose everything + small fries! Great servers , fast service. Seats are comfortable and handicap friendly. Mostly the Burger is the BOMB!!!!!

I don’t eat beef so I opted for fries only. The wait was slightly long but the fries are so fresh and not salty (I usually get my fries without salt). It was a great experience.

Great burgers and fries. Would rather eat here then many of the local restaurants. Staff is quick friendly and efficient. They got a lot of orders out very quickly. Wish they had the newer soda machine. This location can get busy. Jalapenos and hot sauce!

Such good fries and I got my burger, with all of the fixings WRAPPED IN ICEBERG LETTUCE. So, I could eat it like a burger. A thrill, I tell you. Get the fries, skip the bun.

I was here with my friends and we were just trying to eat and when we were cleaning up we accidentally spilled water and the worker started taking pictures of us and telling us she would call the cops if we came back, I am disappointed even after I tipped them. We also collectively paid 40 dollars for food and 5 percent tip so we are not coming back to this location anyway.

Come here now and then, the staff look so miserable though. Food is great. It’s just the staff make it seem like they are annoyed with you even though you just walked in a minute ago. No smiles, not even when I said thank you when I received my food. Just a look of annoyance. They seem like they don’t want to be there. Makes you wonder why.
