Five Guys has by far one of the best burgers. The staff caters to your add ons, fixings are always available, self service drink offers a variety of options. I love waiting while eating those yummy peanuts. A good burger is hard to find, except at Five Guys make it your go to, IF you want a fabulous burger! We found HAIR in our food and when we tried to get a refund and order, the lady at the counter was so rude and had a lot of attitude towards both of my friends. One found hair in her burger and the other found it in her fries, they both paid 16 dollars to get bad service and hair in their food. DO NOT COME HERE!

5 guys rockville says free delivery. Dont do it. They send it out through Uber. I order at 5pm. Estimated arrival at 5:37. 630 rolls around. Nothing. No way to call, cancel or ask about status. Uber text is not responsive, cancel link doesn’t work. I call the store, they know nothing.
Then they say food is being picked up at 6:42 and delivered at 7. Food is thrown at the doorstep and driver runs away. Food is 2 hours old, ice cold with receipt saying 5pm.
No mechanism to ask about status, call or cancel. Im ok if its late or if there are issues, but this is terrible.
EDIT: added screenshots and photo of stone cold sealed bag headed for trash. called credit card company to dispute the charge.

I found toenails in my burger! Toe nails! And to top it off, it tasted like urine, and yes I know what that tastes like. Never come to this five guys, I would like a refund. 40$ for me and my brother to eat, yet the cashier was spitting in my face while talking while I was handing him the cash.

The fries are soo good. As a sophomore at Richard Montgomery, Rockville Town Center is a perfect place to hang out and Five Guys is an even more perfect place for cheap fries. One bag of small fries comes with huge portions, more than enough for two people! I constantly find myself here with friends after school (well, when there was school). As for the reason I’m giving this four stars, is the allergy problem. Five Guys is somewhat known for the peanuts, but with family (my younger sister is severely allergic to peanuts) I’ve found myself wary of ordering from here. Other than that, I’m happy overall!

The staff is sometimes apathetic and doesn’t pay attention to you. This order took 25 minutes to wait. Time must be respected, and for us who offer delivery service, time is crucial. While your employees have a fixed salary, delivery drivers only earn money per delivery. In other words, if you take too long, this driver doesn’t earn money and the chain breaks.
