The food is good but I only have issues with delivery. I ordered around 6:30 but now it’s 7:20 and it said the estimated delivery was around 7:00, and then 7:18 but then changed to 7:00 again. And then I see that my order has been canceled. I tried to call up to the place but there was no response, I think they hung up on me. The service needs to do better

This five guys is one of the few that seem to discriminate between in house orders and delivery orders (door dash, Uber eats etc). I’ve never received a correct meal from them and the portions are significantly different from ordering in store. I just want this to be held accountable since this isn’t on the deliverer but the supplier.
