There’s something about five guys that burgers have lost this flavor. They really don’t have much taste like as long as you say when I go there. Now I just want a milkshake and maybe the fries. I went to this location today to order two cheeseburger meals. Mine was a petty melt, and I ordered it all online. Once I got to the establishment, I picked up my food and got in the car to look at my sandwich. As I looked at my sandwich, I saw that I didn’t have any toppings on it. I went back inside to require why my sandwich didn’t have any toppings. I soon realized That I didn’t place the toppings the way I should have through the app so they never receive topping for the Sandwich through the . I spoke with A young man named Giovanni, who was on the grill. He kindly gave me the toppings for my sandwich, Even offered to remake it, Which was not necessary. So he loaded my toppings into a container and gave it to me to go. He was so kind and so professional. He diffuse the situation before once started. Giovanni, thank you for being kind, pleasant and professional through the situation. You are awesome! The food was amazing!
