They make good burgers and Amaizing French fries. The staff is friendly and the service was pretty fast. I like the fact that they have f self serve tea fountain for wheel chair customer.The bills can be high compare to other fast food, but you get what you pay for.

This was my first time having Five Guys by far the best burger I’ve had. It was delicious. It wasn’t messy everything on it was portioned correctly. The fries are amazing also. I even got a milkshake. If you haven’t tried a burger from here do your taste buds a huge favor and give them a try you won’t regret it. 10/10. I’ve been out the loop of experiencing a burger from here . Became a huge fans in a few bites.

They don’t understand English fully. Had three ordered screwed up in two months and I barely patronize this location. Have Celiac disease and for some reason when asking for lettuce bun I get bread every time. Unreal. Think I’m done with this location and contemplating further action

I went on a Saturday night at Christiana Mall. The staff were great, friendly & polite.
The burger patties (2) were severely overcooked and dry, yet very greasy, the lettuce was yellow & wilted, the bun was flaky like it was stale or had at one point been frozen.
The tomatoes were yellow & bitter so 2 bites and in the trash they went.
The fries which according to the sign on the wall were from Sugar City, ID were burnt and somehow also floppy & soggy even though they were made right in front of me.
Great that they gave me half a bag of fries, but I could only eat a small handful as I did not enjoy them at all.
The fries were truthfully pretty disgusting.
All in all, I definitely got ripped off on this disappointing & disgusting meal that cost me $22 (tax free)
If the pricing was even in the ballpark of being reasonable, I’d give it another try later, but fool me once.

Realistically, 5☆ for flavor, 5☆for staff friendliness, but 3☆ for value. I understand the times we are in, but over $10 for a double cheeseburger is getting to the point of not worth it. I go way less often, because of the value. Nearly $20 for the burger, fries, and drink. It’s more than enough food, but a lot of $. It gets a little better if you can share a little fry and drink with someone to defray cost, but you’re still looking at $28-30 for two people even with sharing. Still the best burger to me and the fries are near the top, depending on if they get seasoned or not, which can be hit or miss. The Coke remix machines need some work though. Sometimes flat or other flavors mixed in when dispensing. Not a Five Guys problem I guess.

I was here on April the 8th, ordered food, and while waiting gun shots rang out!!! We evacuated, and I never received my food, and forgot about it!!!! I came back, explained to Ms. Maya showed her my order on my app, and without question nor hesitation, made my order over and honored my word!!! And this was a while after it happened!!! Says a lot about how they feel about their customers, and the integrity of their name!!! Employees represent every business, and they found and hired a jewel when they hired this pleasant spirited young lady!!! Thank you!!!

Ok I will say before hand they offered me a free meal but honestly I will not order from 5 guys anymore after this. I requested a delivery order and everything was great except my grilled cheese. The company did nothing and when I did call the store I was passed off 3 times. First person did not even answer the phone properly. The answer was more like the work phone was a personal phone. I had to make sure I was calling five guys. I had my order number but the person on n the phone was say my credit card number out loud multiple times and then said “I need to write it down”. I just said forget it because so many things wrong with this experience that left a worst impression for me. I am going to have to keep a eye on my credit card now due to this and all I wanted was bacon on my grilled cheese sandwich. I would not recommend ordering delivery from here and if they mess it up go through your bank and dispute it because will say your credit card number out loud

Absolutely amazing!!!!!!! My favorite and the closest one to me is about 45mins away but is well worth it!! There is no other burgers like this and they’re fries just top it off!! My whole family agrees and granted the prices are very high I’d say it’s worth it! I wouldn’t mind the prices to.go down but again u definitely get what you pay for! A million stars
