My burger top bun was squished and my chocolate shake tasted like coconut; aside from that everything was delicious. I had my shake after the meal. Put half of it in the freezer when I got home and enjoyed it later (still tasted like coconut-most likely my taste buds). Everyone was so nice-greeted when entered and the kid at the register was very patient (neurological disorder here).

Second time eating here and I have a gluten allergy, both times with different employees, and it’s been “a pleasure”. They’ve always been so kind and considerate at this location, idk if it’s part of their training or what because they genuinely just seem like very nice people. Today was the second time. I’m so grateful for this place, and all the people working there, food is as expected. Would highly recommend supporting this location.. give them a raise!

Its a good burger and great fries but honestly the cost isn’t worth the visit. Its not a gourmet burger and the restaurant isn’t fancy enough for one simple meal to be $20 and over. So much as I may sometimes want a 5 guys burger, I can’t justify spending so much money when I have to feed more than myself. The last time I went the staff was very friendly, so no slight on them. But in this economy the prices are ridiculous.

Pretty disappointed I’ve always enjoyed five guys despite the price. But the quality has fallen drastically, I don’t know if it just my location or if it’s nation wide. The veggies they used were disgusting lettuce super wilted and soft the pickles no crunch super soft too they are using day old veggies. For 12.50 whatever it was I expect fresh crisp veggies. 2/10 disappointing

First time getting food from here & immediately noticed my burger was off. No toppings actually & the other burger was missing bacon. I brought my burger to them & the gentleman agreed to remake my burger. I was happy with that. With that being said I was handed a whole new bag of food with new burgers made. I appreciate that the mistake was fixed & someone took the time to apologize and also take accountability.

On this particular occasion, I had just come from visiting my husband in the hospital. He’s dying from cancer. The staff member (Billi Jo Phillips) that took my order, came to me while I was waiting for my order, and said that it looked like I needed a hug. I broke down. Right there in the middle of Five Guys. She sat with me and talked to me the entire time I waited for my food. She was not going to allow me to leave as upset as I was. She was SUCH a comfort in my time of need, and I just wanted to give her HUGE shout out! Because she didn’t have to do that. She didn’t have to notice me. But not only did she notice me, she “saw” me, and she saw that I needed help. They called her in to work that night. She wasn’t scheduled, and she didn’t want to go in. But she did. She was there for me. Billi Jo is a keeper, Five Guys! And THANK YOU Billi Jo!

While the prices aren’t what they once were, the food and service are still phenomenal. Asked for a military discount, but the manager was busy with an interview, and the cashier was unable to figure out how to give a discount. Told him that was fine and thanked him for trying. Instead, he threw in two fountain drinks at no charge and turned the large Cajun frie we ordered into a colossal frie. Dinner for 4.

Stopped in for the first time in a couple years.
$78 to feed two adults and a kid is absolutely nuts, especially in a fast food environment. Burgers are good, but not THAT good. Specifically posting a review because one of the signs plastered all over the place in there read “Voted best value” which is some comical BS.
