everything taste good. the fries are the real value. my biggest issue with the place was price of the burger for the size of what you received. my lone burger was over $12 for something so small it was laughable. I’d rather pay for this than McDonald’s, but def better burgers places around for less money will be why I won’t recommend this place until that changes.

Visited this location for quick dinner, Got a veggie burger and some fries. Lot of seating available. The place was not that clean and tables looked average. The wait time was very high. The food tastes good and no complaints. The Peanuts are a plus but little salty. Fries are great !!!!

My sons and I love their burgers and fries, a treat after shoe shopping, always a good time. Both my sons are on the autism spectrum. This chain gives us a safe, low-key, happy family environment for our neuro-spicy family. If you like burgers and fries, give them a try. A large fry is still too much for the 3 of us, but we took home the extras for the grandparents. They reheat splendidly.

Incredibly disappointing!

For the price I paid for the burger and fries I was expecting good quality but was I wrong. I’d rather have McDonald’s.

The burger is bland and on the smaller side. The fries have a slightly burnt taste and were soft even though we ate there. I can’t even give the excuse that they could have gotten soggy because of the drive home or anything because we ate them fresh.

We also had to eat with a screaming kid behind us the entire time which I know isn’t their fault but still ruined the time there.

Freddy’s is a million times better and cheaper. Just go to Freddy’s!

I visited the Five Guys in Downingtown around 7 PM last night to pick up dinner for my husband and myself, and unfortunately the experience was extremely uncomfortable. I understand they were busy at the time, and I’m always patient when a restaurant is dealing with a rush, but the way I was treated by the cashier was completely unnecessary.

The man taking orders — a tall, heavy-set white man with blond hair — was abrasive from the moment I stepped up to the counter. There was no one behind me in line, yet he acted irritated that I took a moment to place my order. When I asked for a cheeseburger with bacon, he responded in a condescending tone, telling me “that’s called a bacon cheeseburger,” as if I should have known better. It was unnecessarily rude and made me feel talked down to.

He then went on to mention that they had done “$1,600 in an hour,” implying that he was overwhelmed and that I was somehow adding to the problem — something no customer should be made to feel. Being busy is not an excuse to treat people disrespectfully.

Once my order was placed, I waited for my food, and thankfully another employee in the back handed me my bags. He was very kind and professional, and I appreciated that. However, the cashier’s behavior lingered — when I walked out, he loudly said goodbye in a way that felt sarcastic and intentionally uncomfortable, even though he hadn’t said anything to other customers who walked out before me. It genuinely felt like he was trying to intimidate or embarrass me.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. Being busy does not justify being rude, condescending, or making customers feel unwelcome. I hope management addresses this, because the behavior from that one employee overshadowed what could have been a normal visit.

Man at the counter is extremely abrasive and rude, will not be coming back. The staff was also yelling at eachother while our food was being prepared, I do not recommend coming here. Food was subpar at best for the price.

Ordered a cheeseburger and made it a combo for 6.99. When she handed me my order it had just the small cup with hardly and fries. So I asked about the extra scoop and she turned around. Came back and asked what I needed and I said “you guys always add an extra scoop of fries in the bag. She with attitude she put fries in another small cup with hardly any it and handed it to me. I’m not paying 6.99 for 8 fries. Ridiculous.

Service was not bad. Our cashier didn’t look too happy taking our order but maybe he’s having a bad day. Place is clean and the burgers needed some salt and pepper.

I’ve been to this particular Five Guys restaurant multiple times, and this location seems to be better than other Five Guys restaurants. They’re faster to get your order ready, and my orders have always been correct. They have peanuts available for everyone to eat while you await your order, and this location seems to be cleaner than others I’ve been to. The food is very good, as always, but the value for the price is not for everyone. In my opinion, the prices are a little high for what you’re getting. If you don’t mind the pricing, then everything is good (although the seating could be more comfortable).
