This is a great place to have an excellent meal. The customer service is outstanding. The food is delicious and the service is fast and efficient. It’s always a good experience at this Five Guys location. It has a nice vibe and is safe and clean. This is how a franchise should be run. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Five Guys is one of my favorite burger chain overall and this location is my favorite location at all.
They always know how to make really good burgers and they never disappointed me. They offer unlimited toppings which make your burger even more great. Some people think they are overpriced but their burgers are worth every penny you spend.
This location was very organized and clean, if I compare it with other locations. The atmosphere is just make you feel very comfortable. All of the staff were fantastic and the service was just amazing. They were also very friendly people. Highly recommend!

I went there for Lunch as I wanted a burger. When I walked in I was greeted by the cook/maintenance man Khalis(he was cleaning the fingerprints and smudges off the glass door and windows) I was surprised to see the restaurant in such EMACULANT condition for a fast food spot downtown Center City ( ♀️I’m being honest). I was waited on right away by Tavon(he repeated my order back to me to assure he imputed it correctly)I didn’t have enough to get me a drink(he gave me a courteousy cup to accommodate me and make my experience great). As I waited for my food I watched as a customer dropped condiments,receipt and straw wrapper on the floor and Khalis came right over and swept.
I was very pleased when my number was called after a short period of time, I went to get my drink (drinkstation was stocked and clean)
I sat at the table eating my food that was fresh and hot. The taste was very satisfying. I sat at the table admiring Khalis as he cleaned the windows, walls and doors greeting Customers(He seems to take pride in his work) He stopped one customer as he was coming out empty handed and asked “was everything ok you couldn’t make up your mind what to get” the Customer stated he didn’t know what to get Khalis suggestive saled Fries saying “you can’t go wrong with them” and the man came back and purchased them. THATS DEFINITELY MANAGER STATUS if you ask me.
Overall my experience was Excellent.
It was a BONUS to go to the restroom to see it spotless (like my bathroom at home)the trash was emptied, sink was clean and toilet paper and paper towels were stocked.
The prices are a little high however, I don’t mind paying a little extra to get Prompt Service, Tasty & Fresh Food and a Clean Environment!
I will definitely be back to dine in again and will refer my co-workers as well.

I like the food in this place. The burgers are so delicious and the unlimited toppings make it great. Since it’s made fresh, I didn’t mind the wait. One thing is that when I got my burger order they forgot my milkshake so I had to remind them and they made the milkshake right away.

This place is walking distance from Rittenhouse Square. Burger was good, but the Cajun fries were just ok. Packaging could be improved. Staff are friendly. Lot of place to sit and eat. Tasty food, that can be enjoyed once in a while, but regular eating will spike your cholesterol. Not an healthy option.

This location just reopened a few months back, and they made it very cozy! It can accommodate groups and singles. The burgers are awesome!! My first visit I was hooked! You do wait a few minutes longer than other burger places but it’s worth the wait! They are cooked well done, but are so juicy! They give you a ton of fries also. This is a great meal for any appetite! Highly recommend trying! Staff when I went in the afternoon was great!
