Worst food that I ever had!!!!!!
I’ve never felt so taken advantage of…..Seems to be rushing to make the food with a very little crowd.So pathetic the cheese on my 6 burgers for my family of 5 wasn’t melted and cold.
The burgers were the worst I’ve ever ate.. literally 4inches in diameter and like a skin of a burger for 11.79 a burger
Over $90.00 for cold small burgers which were small and thin,

Five Guys is decent. The burgers are tasty and fresh, and the fries come in big portions, but it can feel a little pricey for what you get. Service was fine, nothing special, and the atmosphere is pretty standard. Overall, it’s an okay spot if you’re craving a quick burger and fries.

I had a great experience here today. I accidentally placed a Grubhub order to the wrong location because I didn’t have the correct address saved. I came into this store thinking it was the right one, only to realize my mistake.
I’ll admit, I was a bit short with the register clerk at first and asked if he could please hurry up and make my order given the situation. Despite that, he remained incredibly polite, patient, and professional throughout the entire interaction.
To my surprise, he kept his cool and had my order ready in less than five minutes. The staff here are truly amazing and very accommodating. I really appreciate their service.

The food and service is always great with Five Guys, which is why I gave every category five stars, but tonight I was disappointed to find out that shrinkflation has hit Five Guys and it will change how often we eat out here. Five Guys has always served their fries in the white paper cups, but I’m sad to say they have swapped them out for tinier parchment paper bags, not only lessening the portions you receive, but making you pay more for less. This place has always been a bit pricey, but it was always worth it for the amount of extra fries you got in the bag; not saying they still don’t give you a lot, but the portion difference with the bags compared to the cups is noticeable. Please stop charging us the same prices for smaller portion sizes.

I usually don’t leave reviews but the service was so good, I saved the receipt and here we are. Per our receipt, Connor G. was the one who took our order and gave us our food. He was super friendly and made our dining experience great. As a business owner myself these are the employees you want to keep and enrich. I hope the guy gets more opportunities to grow with Five Guys because he clearly showed that customer service matters and I took notice. Hopefully in our travels we’ll be back to this location and Connor is working! – Food was also great so kudos to the cooks!

We have been coming to the Langhorne location since 2009, usually the food is good and well made. But today, the food felt like it was leftovers from yesterday, tasted really crispy, and especially didn’t have the original taste that we remember having. The quality of the food just disappointed us, and the quantity was dramatically less. The place that we used to come for a good time was totally empty with no rush at all. A place where we could sit back and enjoy became a place we can’t stand anymore, it’s over Five Guys. It is our regards that we will not be going back and ordering from this establishment any time soon. Bye Five Guys, you won’t see us coming back.

When you have a craving for a burger this is where you go. Their burgers are great! Their fries are delicious too. I came here because I was craving a burger. Got my child a hot dog which he didn’t touch because he was too busy playing with toys. Their fries are so good. The large fries are always overflowing out of the container. I love their soda machine and so does my child. I love it here and the staff are always so nice and welcoming. $11 is normal priced I think for a good quality cheeseburger.

I love five guys but the menu has changed. Now you are charged for a double burger when before it came like that automatically. Still I love the food burger was delicious fries were to salty to the point I began to cough after eating them. So informed the manager he was so nice apologized made me another order and he gave me a soda for the inconvenience. My only complaint was the cashier who I feel was rude I informed her that I just my needle injections in my eyes just prior to coming there and I ask if she could explained the menu because my vision was blurry and sore from the injections she was like what I said nevermind I felt myself getting irritated behind her tone so i redirectied my agitation about her and I tried to see it myself. Then I asked again what kind of shakes you have before she could talk I told her what kind I wanted then she responded oh I thought you couldn’t see that good. Again knowing my temper i didn’t wanna make a scene because I was in so much pain can barely see but I did my best I walked away. She needs training on customer service. The food was a good her service not so good makes me think if I was blind is this how I would have been treated. I will never forget her face thats for sure.
