The food isn’t bad, I appreciate the freshness and good quality of the food compared to other fast food places. But I don’t think it justifies the ridiculously high pricing. I mean $10 for one little cheeseburger is insane.. and I get that the food is made fresh, but it makes me want to NOT spend money here instead of the opposite.
To be honest, Five guys feels like an occasional eating spot given how expensive it is. Chick fila has a chicken sandwich meal for $9.75 and their food is made fresh as well.. my little cheeseburger meal here was $21.
Besides the overpriced food, the place is way too loud. I could barely hear the employees and it just annoyed me. At least the customer service and the food is good.

The cheese burgers are not what they used to be. Mine was bland, and the beef seemed to be of poor quality. I couldn’t even finish it. Left pretty disappointed. I really miss the quality and flavor they used to have.

Great burgers, pricier than McD, BK, etc but much better in taste and quality. My first time here, would go back again. The cheeseburger was great! Fries are steak cut style and they really give you a large portion.

I have eaten here and a few other five guys and I always like the burgers and cheese dogs. The peanuts are a good item to have if there is a long line of folks waiting for their orders. Most locations have the Coke blending machines and I really like that feature. I really love the fries here, but never get a large because even the small order they put the equivalent of a second small order in the bag loose.

Went in here today ordered a large fry and I guess they changed their we fill the cup and put some into the bag policy. Ugh we got a cup of fries with no -none extra in the paper bag.Their was really only enough fries for one person. Just one person. Hate to see what their small fries are like.. . Ugh.. And the cost was Just about 8 dollars. For a single cup of French fries. ugh ! This time it was not, I mean not worth the stop. Note pictures here reflex our Large French fries order.. Ugh ! Plus a picture of a empty five guy paper bag. No extra fries in the bottom of the bag.. I was under the impression a large Five Guy French fry should feed more than one person. Ugh. Ugh ugh!

While pricier than McDonalds and Burger King, your order is made right when you order it, and their food is quite delicious! I especially love their fries! A little bit of a wait because it was a little busy, but not too long!
