The worst burger I have gotten. Five guys went down in their quality quite dramatically lately. This was a last reminder for to never buy food from them. The toppings of “caramelized” onions that they market is laughable. It looks like boiled tiny diced onions pieces. Their “grilled” mushrooms don’t have any signs of grilled at all. They look like they came straight from the can! And we paid $60 for 3 burgers! patties are thin that two of them don’t even look like one normal burger patty.

This is one of the best five guys I have ever eaten from. I ordered a veggie sandwich and cajun fries. It was so fresh and delicious. The staff members were kind and their service was great. I definitely recommend this place.

The manager David and his employees are absolutely wonderful- super friendly and competent, always make great food. There is this one woman though – white, stocky, brown-blond hair, the most grating voice I’ve ever heard. She’s incredibly rude and treats the staff terribly whenever she’s there. She definitely soured our experience. I think I heard someone call her Tara?? Anyway, great staff but she’s incredibly unprofessional and should not be employed there.

I’m literally writing this after recording my door dash delivery. It has been years since i ordered from 5G’s (before pandemic) and i was highly disappointed. This used to be my favorite burger shop. I broke my diet to order from them today and my order was as sad as the fries look in the pic! My milkshake was milk! The burgers were good but they did me dirty with the fries.
5 G’s is not a cheap place to order from! Two little fries are over $12 and a milkshake is almost $8. My fries were cold, under-seasoned, and overcooked!!!! Burgers and fries go hand-in-hand so, how do you mess fries up if you’re suppose to be known for your fries?
This was such a disappointment. I requested my money back from DD and i called 5G’s to speak to a Mgr because somebody is messing up royally over there. I was put on hold where I could the workers continuing to take orders and ignoring me on hold. I will NOT be ordering from this 5G ever again. I only pray that the others have their workers in top gear. The food is too expensive to be playing games with people’s emotions!

The food was fine, but some of the staff were goofing off. Ordinarily, I think people should have fun at work, but this wasn’t the right kind of fun to have when customers are present and when the trash can was overflowing. Five Guys locations are usually very clean, but this one wasn’t on the night my family visited. I doubt we will ever go back there.

First Off the worst 5 Guys I’ve been to. This location should be called 1 Guy for the rating I’m giving. The restaurant was dirty and dusty the Trash was overflowingout of all the Trash cans even in the bathroom. They need to clean up. Also my $6 French Fries were so got damn salty I had to wipe off salt with a napkin and shake the salt off. Freaking disgusting. I would not recommend this location. Ease up on the Damn Salt y’all are killing people. Horrible. This place needs an inspection by corporate and health board.
