Five Guys is one of my favorites! and this location rocks! the food is guaranteed to be hot and fresh. the staff is hard working, polite and personable. delicious burgers as usual, but the bacon cheddar hotdog is my all-time favorite. and they have the best fries in the game by a landslide. their peanut butter shakes are easily the best I’ve ever had from anywhere! love coming here.

I have eaten at many many restaurants including frequent fine dining. The folks that work at the Johnstown Five guys consistently have THE best customer service I have ever experienced! Their mannerism is genuine , kind and top notch! Today the gentleman handing me my completed order had it in 2 bags and when he saw I was by myself packed it in one large bag so it was easier for me to carry with no prompting to do so! Beyond impressed and thankful for the positive experience every time I visit here! Thank you!

Hands down the best fast food burger in the area. Fresh cut fries and they even tell you the farm they are from. A small fries is easily enough for two. I would order a large and my family of 4 would not be able to eat them all. They are the best fries and equal to Boardwalk fries from Maryland. The burgers are twin smash burgers so if you only want one patty you better specify when placing your order. The milk shakes are awesome! The Johnstown location is well staffed and they keep a very clean location. You will spend more than a standard fast food, but it is so much better!

I am impressed by the three gentleman working a closing shift on a Tuesday night.
I came in 15 minutes prior to close, just getting into town on a business trip.
I expected to be met with sighs and rolled eyes when I placed my order.
To my surprise the gentlemen were extremely friendly and we started talking about music as they were cooking my food.
That is how it is done folks.
Food was great, service was amazing.
If I’m in the area, I will be back!

Justin Jacobs crushed it. The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly made. The fries were crispy, seasoned just right, and served at the perfect temperature. You can tell he takes pride in what he does because everything came out spot-on. Outstanding job, Justin!

These “Guys” get it! Even though they forgot the bacon on my burger, their customer service is impeccable. They gave me a foil with enough bacon to make the wendy’s baconator jealous lol. To top it off they put your fries that you ordered in the bag then they take the frie scooper and top off the bag! Better believe I’ll be back!

Great , & ! Good service. Clean with social distance seating. Attendants with mask visited seating area 4 separate occasions to clean seating area (wipe down tables, sweep up floor, wipe down drink area). Dilligant cleaning after customers. Peanuts are in sealed paper bags to enjoy in stead of in common bin. I thought that they are top notch about keep up with covid issue. In viewed their practices & they showed me they are better at it than a few other places I have visited!!!

Food is usually always good here but with the prices they charge, you’d think it was an entire meal for the price. Service is non existent- you literally serve yourself after picking it up. Love that the fries are home made and the malt vinegar is the bomb.

The night crew could not be more pleasant to deal with and on top of that. Good at their job always cleaning food comes out hot fresh and top-notch every time I eat here frequently and I never get a bad meal always happy to wait on me. willing to cook at the last minute too when I’m running late it’s not often in these days You find people like this.
