The burger was quite good and came in a generous portion. The menu clearly displays the calories for each topping, and there’s no extra charge for adding them—you can customize your burger freely. They also offer baked peanuts at no extra cost. The restroom was clean. Parking can be challenging because the area is usually busy.

Some people recommended eating here. I had a hamburger and it was super tasty. This location also had super friendly staff.

The worst location I have ordered from in my life. Missing my milkshake and bacon that costs extra. But it didn’t matter because the burger and buns were extremely burnt so I know the bacon would’ve been burnt as well. I have never had bad five guys. This is the only bad experience I’ve ever had with this fast food chain. In every location always gives you a little extra fries. They literally gave me like 10 fries insane.

A disappointing visit is the best description. They were not very bust and the place was mostly empty. The tables were all dirty and the place looked well worn. I had a double burger and the meat was very dry. On a positive note the fries were as good as I remember.

The burgers are packed and fully customizable, and the fries are delicious with just the right amount of seasoning. However, a meal adds up quickly when you can get an equally filling meal elsewhere for less.

The interior is a fun red and white, old fashioned burger joint. It’s kept clean and there’s a good amount of seating. The peanuts are free to snack on, especially nice if waiting in line.

I’ve only been here a few times but my wife loves it and so did our son and I. Tons of fries they give for your whole party to eat. The burgers were good (as expected) and it is a good spot for a quick bite to eat.

Came here on a beautiful day. After my daughter track meet!. The ac was on lol! They took our order right away. The food was nice and hot plus the fries was hot. Definitely fresh cut. The cheeseburger was real good. The bread was fresh and soft. It was a little cheeseburger and fries fully dressed!.
Now where off the readers to get a snack!

Savory juicy burgers ,grilled hot dogs on a toasted bun and crispy fries were delicious. A bit pricey and
Parking was a challenge at this Oakland location. It was worth it.

I ordered a sandwich with fries and a drink. I got tomatoes wrapped in lettuce with some mayo and ketchup. Seriously is this a joke? Which genius figured a sandwich does not need a bun?
What part of ‘sandwich’ do you not understand?
For your reference I have put pics of the order and what I got. 15$ for this disappointment?

To add insult to the injury, no one picks the phone either when I call to ask about this.

I don’t eat a lot of bread & usually take the top bun off, so I was extremely surprised to learn you can get your burger wrapped in large lettuce leaves. I’ve never had a problem & we eat here often. The burgers are cooked, but not burned and have a great taste. I recommend this place to everyone. My husband loves the salted caramel milkshake. I’ve never had one before, but love the taste.
