Today I bought two hamburgers as usual but the double patties were surprisingly THIN!! Whats going on 5 guys!?? Not happy! For $22 bucks! Do better! Management needs to look into this seems pretty shady!

Walking in it looks like a nice but casual place. The service was great. The gentleman who took my order was polite, pleasant, and asked all the right questions about what I wanted for my burger. He also brought me my receipt when I forgot it. My food came quickly, and was so good! I know the one in Moon is new but I would highly recommend it!

Love this 5 guys. I visited this location for the first time ever as i was away on business. I had a few questions about certain food allergies and food preparation. Carley, the manager was very friendly and answered all my questions respectfully. The store was so clean, it was unbelievable. Carley ans her staff were very friendly, I remember another staff member named “Drew” who handed me the food and he was very polite. This 5 Guys is nothing like I’ve ever see before and I appreciate Carley and her wonderful staff for my meal!

A guy ( I think) in there last night with 2 large rabbits. Not sure why since they aren’t allowed in restaurants. Even if they were emotional support animals they aren’t allowed in there. Maybe the employees need to learn the law.

Consistency. Food always comes out good. I can always rely on them. The only thing that isn’t very consistent is the amount of fries. Sometimes I’ll get a good amount. Sometimes I’ll get a little cup full. That’s just my one gripe but other than that, fantastic service and food all the time

This location is so consistently good! Never had a less than awesome meal here. Fries and burgers always so on point! Both managers I’ve seen do a great job with communication, cooking, expo and quality control!
Update: just ate here again today and can I just say that this is the best Five Guys I’ve ever been to. That saying a lot bc I used to run one! Literally every time they make the food perfectly and the place is always clean with a good vibe. Great experience, so well managed!
