Five Guys makes one of the best burgers you’ll ever have. The patties are always fresh, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of char for that classic grilled flavor. The endless topping options mean you can customize your burger exactly how you like it—whether it’s loaded with grilled onions, jalapeños, and BBQ sauce or kept simple with just lettuce and tomato. The restaurant was very dirty. I understand that it may have been busy, but there was food and drinks spilled everywhere, and this location is overall just not a place I would never want to sit in. It also took forever to get our order, that we placed online. Our phone said the order completed at 6:40, and we didn’t receive it until after 7:10. I believe what happened was that they only finished part of our order, which wasn’t even that big to begin with. Because part of the order was presumingly sitting out for over half an hour, the quality wasn’t the best by the time we actually received everything. The employees were difficult to communicate with and it was hard to figure out if they just skipped over our order or not. I would not go back to this location due to the inadequate service, dirtyness, and long wait time.

Food was meh not something I expected from a Five guys. Staff took 6 minutes to take our order than an almost 15 minute wait before I got my burger. Lots of people just standing around the place didnt feel like a great environment.

Food was good. Service was ok. The atmosphere was not that good. I have seen dirty tables, spill on the floor and overall cleanliness issues. Also, didn’t know fast-food got this expensive! For a cheeseburger $11, drink that is $0.99 any size in other fast-food restaurant is $3.49 here! Small size fries $5.49. so just for a cheeseburger with small fries and drink total came out $21.

I’m not really a burger person, but my family absolutely loves burgers. They say Five Guys has the best burgers in town. Everytime they have burgers from elsewhere, they say it was good, but nothing like Five guys. Everything is fresh to order, so expect to wait a little while.

They need to use a different kind of bun. It just falls apart if the toppings haven’t fallen off of the burger before then. They barely put any cajun seasoning on the fries. I usually LOVE their fries. They could also be cooked longer so they aren’t limp.
