I placed a delivery order from the Five Guys on Delaware and immediately called the store to make a small change to the toppings on one of my burgers. I had to call four times before anyone finally answered the phone. When someone did pick up, they were unhelpful and made it unnecessarily difficult to make a simple change — even though I called right after placing the order.
Eventually, I was told they would write down the changes and get it fixed. A little later, someone from the store even called me back to confirm the updated order, which gave me some hope. But when my food arrived, both burgers were missing the patties completely, the sandwiches were made sloppily, and they even gave me an extra sandwich that also had no patty.
I spoke to employees twice and they still completely messed up the order. Extremely disappointed with the service and quality. This experience was frustrating from start to finish.

Imagine putting it into the bag this way. It’s a miracle the top bun stayed anywhere near the burger.
Might want to speak slowly when you’re there, considering this is what their employees think is acceptable.

Great job on my veggie sandwich
3months ago I had the best veggie sandwich, now today 7/11/22 ordered the same thing as before , sandwiches suck, asked for grilled onions, mushrooms, peppers green, none of it was grilled, bun wet and soggy, the employees do not acknowledge customers , and rude. I ll never go there again the Delaware location in the plaza. I will not recommend anyone.

Five Guys has really good burgers and hot dogs. The fries taste good but are often soggy. I haven’t tried the milkshakes but my friends seemed to have liked theirs. The service is usually good and the employees don’t seem unhappy. There’s free peanuts, which somehow results in peanut shells all over the floor. Prices are fine, calorie counts are high but not prohibitive.

First time for their food, and it was delicious! Better than the old “standbys”, who seem to be lacking these days. I got a burger, fries and a shake, , and it was extremely flavorful. Prices are a little higher than what I expected; but, for quality, I suppose you have to pay a little more. Then again, “every bodies” prices are higher since the LAST regime held the reigns in this country… just FACTS!

Items missing from door dash order. Door dash driver saying it’s the store. The store doesn’t even pick up the phone calls. I don’t want a door dash credit I want my money back and for someone to pick up the phone. It’s simple, and if you can’t achieve something as simple as packing a bag with 3 items then what are you good for?

Nobody on register , 2 on grill, Nobody serving orders . Multiple staff members on break ignoring customers. Eventually staff returned . Woman with red dyed hair walking around behind counter not even acknowledging customers. Ridiculous long wait for a doordash order. No attempt at customer service. After half an hour the crew improves from 2 to 6 but NOBODY acknowledged me standing around
