It was late around 9ish when I did a DoorDash pickup for myself the other day. Wouldn’t expect any employee to be lively at the hour but everyone in the kitchen was delightful, only ordered two milkshakes (which were great).
Employees handled a disgruntled customer very well who didn’t seem to understand policies nor wanted to listen.

I order from here at least 3x a month for a family of 4 for the past 5 years at this particular store. And I was missing an item. Cool no problem. Human error. The GM gets on the phone introduces himself as the GM. I explain my story very politely. His response is I can either remake it or refund it. Okay! What happen to I apologize first and foremost. Because it is dinner and most people eat fries with there burger SIR. Who cares about a refund after a hard day an job #2.

Not only did the fries get more expensive but they’re smaller now than they used to be. They used to put the large fry in a cup and then give you extra. Now the large fry goes into a smaller bag and you get a little bit extra. All that and it cost you more money

This place is spectacular. Food is always delicious, service is friendly and quick, and how can you not like all you can eat peanuts?!? The tables are always cleaned as soon as you leave so the next customers to sit down have a nice clean place to enjoy their food. Love this place.

Food was delicious, banana milkshake was not available. How do you run out of bananas with a Wegmans within walking distance? Otherwise, as stated, food was delicious, just unfortunate about the lack of bananas in my particular day of visit. Based upon the knowledge that Five Guys is one of the only places that even offers a banana milkshake, it was a shame that it was unavailable.

Talk about having it your way, they offer about 15 different toppings for their double cheeseburger (there’s an extra charge for bacon). I ordered mine with mayo, extra pickles, and ketchup. The burger was warm, cooked perfectly, and served on a nicely toasted bun. The strawberry milkshake was a throwback to my youth when they came with real strawberry bits mixed in with the ice cream. They also serve a slightly oversized split kosher hot dog on a bun with the normal toppings (except, regrettably, no sauerkraut). The food is a huge step up from other burger chains including Burger King, Wendy’s, and McDonald’s. In fact, their cheeseburger is among the best I’ve had in any restaurant in Syracuse. Best of all, prices are competitive. Also it’s important to mention that they provide free salted peanuts to shell and eat while waiting to pick up your order for dine-in or takeout (there’s no drive through). UPDATE-1: Their excellent cheeseburger wasn’t quite hot enough this time and the cheese wasn’t melted. Next time, I will request melted cheese.

This Store And Its Staff Is Soo Disrespectful Unorganized And Is Very Bad With Communication Watch Managers Yell And Argue with staff I watch Manager blatantly Talk about Customer and How Slow they are with ordering and pick up they will have customers sit for 25-35 mins for pickup staff and managers dont obey by policy i watched several cross contamination and nothing was changed cleaned or sanitized some staff dont change gloves constantly i watched people serve half cooked patties to customers that can lead to food poisoning and possibly other Sick Illnesses i watched staff smoke vapes in the bathrooms Walk-in Coolers blind spots of the store
