I can’t remember a time I had bad food here. This location in particular is always on point with anything I order. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and with prices of fast food why wouldn’t you go here instead of McDonald’s or BK when this place has real ingredients for their food. Thanks for always making it a good idea to get a real burger and fries.

Would you eat this? All I wanted was a NOT burned grilled cheese and got my takeout order home to find this was my dinner. Epic fail! I would give negative stars if I could!

Food is super good. They are legends for their fries. Burgers can be ordered without bun and will come in an aluminum dish with any requested toppings beside the burger. Burgers are very very juicy. Milk shakes are wonderful. Staff is very friendly.

I’ve given this location of Five Guys more chances than it deserves because my family genuinely likes the food. Unfortunately, the service has become consistently frustrating.
Every time I order ahead, I still end up waiting an unreasonable amount of time after arriving. It often feels like online orders are ignored until the customer physically shows up. Meanwhile, employees stand around chatting while orders fall through the cracks and the kitchen falls behind when it really shouldn’t.
One of the most frustrating parts is the complete lack of communication. Workers avoid even looking at the group of people standing in the pickup area. No one asks for names, gives updates, or checks on orders. Customers are left wondering whether their food has even been started.
I’ve also seen employees making food for themselves during busy dinner rushes while 10+ paying customers are waiting on orders. Breaks are obviously fine and necessary, but here “breaks” often seem to mean hanging around the kitchen talking with coworkers. It’s no surprise that orders get lost, made incorrectly, or delayed.
On two occasions I tried to ask a simple question about my order and was told, “I’m on break right now, you’ll have to ask someone else.” That kind of response pretty much sums up the attitude toward customers at this location.
Another uncomfortable thing I’ve witnessed multiple times is how some employees treat the woman handling milkshakes and the register. I’ve seen coworkers bark orders at her and blame her for mistakes that clearly weren’t hers. It creates an awkward environment for both staff and customers.
I rarely complain about restaurant service because I know how difficult and thankless those jobs can be. But what customers deal with at this location is genuinely excessive. The food is good, but the management of this store clearly isn’t.
Until something changes, ordering here just isn’t worth the frustration.

Great food cooked perfectly and great service from the employees. I really like the double cheeseburger with fried onions and ketchup, I think it is an awesome Burger just the right combination of things on it, not too much. Best burger around. The fries are really great too very fresh Idaho potatoes are used and fried in 100% peanut oil. I highly recommend going there if you’re passing by and haven’t been in there you definitely have to give it a try, you will not be disappointed. Very hard to beat the burger Great taste and great service that you can’t go wrong with.

I haven’t had five guys burgers in years. We came back from a trip down to Binghamton and were craving burgers and decided to give five guys a shot. I downloaded the app which made the ordering process easier since everyone wanted something different with all the toppings they offer. The place was mobbed with people eating inside and those waiting for an order. You have to check in when online ordering so they can make your order FRESH for you — this is a massive boon and most places just crank out an order and whatever you get is what you get. Five guys is alone at the top. Our burgers were juicy, had endless amounts of flavor and satisfied our burger cravings… not to mention the fries. Can’t beat em. Even the ones at the bottom of the bag were flavorful. The people who work here really know how to crank out product and keep lines rolling.

It’s usually pretty good, but the high prices really put a damper on things. I honestly wonder how they get so much business with these prices. I ordered one double cheeseburger and one milkshake and it came to around $20. I did not order fries, but if I had it would have close to $30 just for myself.

So really the rating here should be four stars but I decided to do five stars reason for this was the food was absolutely amazing, however. while looking at the menu me and my wife, being the first time at a five guys decided, we would share a burger. so we decided to order the normal bacon double cheeseburger and my wife wanted mushrooms on the side. well after that my wife decides to run off to the bathroom the cashier decides to tell me that she can split the burger in two and just put the mushrooms on the other one. But it’ll just be one Patty and will each have our own Burger. Now mind you I’m thinking they’re doing this out of kindness and put it on another bun or maybe there was a deal so I wouldn’t be spending as much. However, upon paying for it I did notice a huge change in price didn’t think much of it cuz I order multiple things such as their fries in a shake. I didnt realize that she had changed the order to two single burgers that were I think roughly 8 to 10 dollars. So I ended up spending an extra $10 for an extra Burger when me and my wife we’re just going to split one there’s no screen to physically show you what your order looks like as is being made and that their lies the problem they should have a screen so we can see exactly how they’re ringing it up. The food was great and it wasn’t cheap. However I felt taken advantage of I can get close to the same quality somewhere else without have to being worried about upselling. A lot of people recommend five guys hey I’m not going to lie the food is excellent just be wary about what you’re doing there if they have a chance to make more money does split up that order to make it more. I however have a family of six that’s a little too many people and then prices are a little too high.
P.s. The Bacon Shake was NOT good. Even my kid said no. That was a waste. And the cashier suggested it saying it’s was their biggest seller. Completely taken advantage of. Or that old lady has horrible taste.

Always treated well here; the service is friendly and prompt, the food is great, and even when it’s busy it doesn’t really feel busy, you know? Recommended.
