Daisy was so rude to me. I was promised a return to make this order right and I traveled an hour away from the city to come and remake the food again to just tell me they are not going to make it for me. This is horrible !!! She was so nasty to me and kicked me out. She also said I was”lying “ but the picture tells you everything we need to know. HAIR on the food is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Long standing five guys location. Can’t remember what was here before it’s been in this spot that long. Staff tries their best to keep it clean. Peanuts are available for free as their calling card. Fries. Shakes. Burgers . Dogs, wish they added onion rings to the mix. Coke freestyle machine. Prices at five guys are getting up there though. $6 for small fries and $9 for a small hamburger …

Everything seemed fine. Ordered our food, sat and waited for no more than 5 mins. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger w small fries and a little bacon burger. Half way into eating my burger I pull out some fries from the brown bag and pulled this LONG piece of hair out of the bag. I addressed it to one of the employees and she only refunded me the damn fries. At that point after finding the hair I just didn’t even wanna b in there. So I accepted the refund and left.

Best burger and fries I’ve had. Hot dogs and veggie sandwich are awesome as well. Cajun fries for the win!!! You can also get milkshakes here. Plenty of flavors. According to their app, the do delivery now as well!

Meal was bland, they couldn’t even give me what I paid for, I clearly paid for grilled mushrooms and a cheeseburger(look at the receipt) and I received a hamburger and mushrooms that look like they came out of a jar at walmart. Very disappointed. Hope this place goes out of business. $15 For a “little hamburger” with jarred mushrooms and some fries that I could’ve got at walmart for a lot cheaper

I’ve been wanting to try 5 Guys for the longest time but couldn’t since I had a peanut allergy. I recently got tested again and I was not allergic anymore and 5 Guys was at the top of my list to try. First off, the store was very clean and I loved the visual design of the store. Next I was greeted very nicely and promptly. When I got home to eat the hype was real for me. Easily a top 3 burger I’ve ever had and easily the best fries I’ve ever had. Although the prices are somewhat cheap, the quality and taste can justify price for me. I will be coming back frequently. Thank you for a great first experience.

My husband and I love to go five guys to have a meal here. We always like the food and service. We’ve come to this place for many years. However, on February 22nd around 6:30 we saw a young lady with a broom clean the floor and then proceed to clean the tables with the same dirty broom. We were very shocked at this unsanitary behavior.
