This Five Guys is no different from most of their restaurants around the country. Great burgers and fries. Friendly service. Nice choice of soft drinks. Clearly one of the very best chain burger joints you will find.
I like this particular location because it is never crowded and the service is always fast and friendly. There are other burger spots in the immediate area, but I’ll take Five Guys over them every time.

In the midst of this pandemic, I was hesitant to venture out to get a burger today, I was so pleasantly surprised to enter 5 Guys in Carle Place, NY to find an incredibly clean and fresh space, the customers were social distancing and the workers behind the counter were polite, energetic and happy so serve me. There’s tables spread very far apart available inside. My food was excellent. A great lunch, happy I ventured out today. Thank you 5 Guys!

Went during the lunch hour and they were understaffed as the lady had to cook and take orders. Because of this I feel like my food was rushed and the fries could’ve been cooked longer. The burger was good and I enjoyed it as the toppings are free. Dont get tricked into ordering the cheeseburger because it’s a double cheeseburger, so if you’re looking for a single burger order the little cheeseburger. If I go to five guys again, it’ll be at a different location.

Wow, I have never been to a Five Guys that wasn’t excellent! The staff are always friendly and nice, the food is always delicious and portions are always way too generous. I brought a friend who’d never eaten in a Five Guys before, & when I told the counter clerk, she gave him a “small” French fries for free! Thanks guys, you’re the best!

Last time we went there, we called in the order and the guy made some mistakes. They also gave us fewer fries than usual. Four stars this time because the burgers are typically very good. Kids love them.

Hot juicy burgers made just the way I like it !!! Munch on some peanuts while you wait for your burgers to be freshly cooked to your instructions. Hmmm good and don’t forget to order their fries! The only way to make this place better is for them to offer Turkey Burgers so I can go with my husband.

Good burgers and fries. I withheld one star because prices are high. One burger, one regular fries, one regular drink came to $16.69!
To be fair I need to add that when you order a burger you get a double burger and whatever toppings you want. A regular fries is a decent size and the kid had some stragglers left in the fry bin so he tossed them into the bag too. Ended up being a lot of food.
Better deal if you eat there. Free refills on the drinks. And free salted peanuts too. Help yourself. With open bins of peanuts around, obviously not the place for you if you have peanut allergies
