Five Guys Burger – New York
The vibe and service are pretty standard — nothing special, but nothing bad either. Friendly staff, clean tables.
The burger is way better if you eat it hot and fresh inside the restaurant. It’s big, juicy, and packed with toppings. But once it cools down… it turns bland fast. Like, “Did they forget the seasoning?” kind of bland.
So my advice: Don’t do takeout! Eat it in-house while it’s still warm — you’ll enjoy it a lot more.
Overall, it’s decent. If you’re in NYC and passing by, it’s worth a quick stop. Not a “must-try” experience, but definitely not a waste of time either. The price is fair for what you get.

Five Guys is always a good choice for your hamburger cravings. They know burgers here! I’ve had a double bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, green peppers, ketchup and mustard served with my choice of strawberry and salted caramel milkshake. Imagine sinking your teeth into juicy, seasoned beef patties perfectly complemented by the savory crunch of crispy bacon while the melted cheese adds a layer of silky goodness to your bite! Each bite is a burst of flavor that leaves you eagerly anticipating the next. Then the milkshake with its creamy texture and tasteful sweetness is a delightful contrast to the warmth of the burger. The staff is kind and friendly and the place is clean and welcoming. That’s the good experience at Five Guys and it’s leaving me content every time!

Thought a burger had to have bite. The meat has flavor but is soft. Too much grease in burger and fries. Will never go back. Paid 34.00 for 1 cheeseburger (2 patties) + 1 little cheeseburger (1 Pattie) + 1 large fries.

This was my first visit to Five Guys since before the pandemic. I was not disappointed. Although I must admit that the burgers are a bit messy.
The food was very good and fresh. The fries were spilling over the cup I asked for – but they were great as well.

I was in a rush so I was looking for something quick. I ended up going to this place. I ordered the five guys burger and I asked for medium cooked. It was great. Bad part it doesn’t come with fries. So I had to place a side order of sweet fries. Also a little pricey for an order of burgers/fries and a beer.

This was my first burger in the US and I can tell it didn’t disappoint. I was shocked by the amount of fries they served. The meat was juicy and cooked at the perfect term. Staff was friendly 🙂

For the first time I ordered a hot dog from here. I never knew I needed bacon on a hot dog

This place is always understaffed and cannot handle the amount of orders they get. Always around 20 delivery people inside waiting at the pickup area. Don’t order for pickup unless you want to shove your way through. If you order in person you’re waiting around 20-30 minutes. Pretty crazy. I’m assuming corporate or management refuses to properly staff it or refuses to give livable wages so they can’t retain staff.

Five Guys make great fries, specially the Creole ones. The burgers are also tasty, and generous in size. You don’t leave hungry from Five Guys. They have different cvoices of toppings, and all come free with the burger. The only thing I’m a bit unsatisfied with, is the bun. That could certainly be more interesting to match the burger.

Very nice cashier and attendant (that gave the food)….until I went there another day, and they kicked my little pooch out the door.
