Staff were great and everything was fast. However the price does not match good quality. The milkshake tasted exactly like McDonald’s which is equally good but priced much higher here, also burgers and fries were very greasy. Also wish there are combo options.

Food is great, but I was very uncomfortable and disappointed of how the manager was talking to the workers, I’m a Latino and it really made me feel like calling the labor department from how the manager talks to all the guys working in there , I hope someone can handle the situation and have the guy watch some anti-harassment classes or maybe replace the guys with someone who knows how to manage crews without looking prejudice . Hopefully is different next time I go get some delicious burgers from that place in Hillsborough NJ.

Tasty, mouthwatering flavors in every bite. The courteous staff and cozy dine-in experience added to the enjoyment. A definite go-to for satisfying cravings and a welcoming atmosphere. They give you free peanuts so you can snack while you wait. The milkshakes are sometimes great but bad sometimes. The cajun style fires are really good too!

This particular location was super clean and had a little outdoor seating area surrounded by landscaping. There’s a home made sweet shop directly across the parking lot that is wonderful. It’s a few minutes drive from Duke Farms which was super convenient after walking the grounds and working up an appetite.

My wife and I have eaten at the Hillsborough 5Gs on and off many times over several years and it appears to have gone down hill when we ate there yesterday evening. I always order a double hamburger with onions, mushrooms and ketchup but yesterday my burger barely had any onions and mushrooms and I had to add the ketchup after receiving my order. My wife had a double burger with cheese but it only tasted fair. Our vanilla and chocolate milkshakes also tasted differently–bland compared to previously, and our french fries although generous in quantity were very greasy with most having to be eaten out of our orders paper bag. Prices also increased but our order costing almost $40 was not worth the quality of our most recent food order. ecg, 8/15/23

I always have a tough time rating the franchises, service was somehow quick and the staff was friendly. The burgers are great, extremely tasty and extra french fries in the bag along with your order is super. The fries can be hit-or-miss, however. Sometimes they are quite crispy and well seasoned while other times they can be soggy and overly greasy.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend visiting this location the quality of the food is terrible. My fries were over cooked to the point where I thought I was eating potato chips. Granted I went back in to have them be made over and they came back in edible condition. When I got home and took a bite of my burger it was completely pink throughout the burger. For a company that promotes only well done burgers this is completely unacceptable. The team at this location needs more training to understand the importance of making sure the food is up to the five guys standards that you guys promote

The worst! Large fries saturated in oil,cold and half full for a largel fries and the Hamburger was a slurred mess. Very poor food quality and service for being the only one being served at 3:00 PM.
