May 30, 2025. This is a Five Guys inside the mall food court, so no internal seating like a normal 5G or the McDonalds here in the mall. But the only thing lost from that experience is the soda refill machine, nice booths and free peanuts. I kind of miss the free peanuts.
The fries are very delicious and very generous portions. The “Little Fry” is more than enough for 1 adult even if you share some. I dislike the skins on the fries and if they could make them skinless, they would probably be in my top 3 list of best fries. Red Robin’s steak fries are my #1, McDonald’s and Burger King swap #2 and #3 depending on the season and what potatoes they are currently using. The only real problem with the fries at 5G is the price. Almost $6 just for French fries is a joke! Maybe if fries were the entre and I’m not eating anything else it would be ok at that price point. But this is not an airport and this is not NYC. The price for a small fries should be half that at $2 to $3 tops.
The burger looks terrible but do not let that fool you. The flavor and texture is very delicious and a treat for your mouth. Again Red Robin takes my #1 spot for best burger. But this is a great #2 or #3. Seeing as there is no Red Robin currently in this mall, this makes for a great lunch or dinner. The price of the Little Burger is spot on at $7.59 and a good deal. I think their hotdog might be overpriced though.
The drinks in this mall are all overpriced and quickly reaching $4 to $5 for simple soft drinks or iced tea. Best to bring your own drinks unless they can get the price down to a reasonable $2 or include the drink free in a combo. I didn’t see any combo meals on the menu, so that would help if they could offer that.
Long wait to get the food around 15 mins. But I still think it was reasonable due to them being busy.

Ordered Burger and well Done fries and when i received my fries they were soggy & warm. When i asked the little Dude Manager she said she couldnt do the fries i had in my hand! Was like She didnt want to be working! Not helpful at all and Horrible customer Service for or Team leader or Manager. Will never eat from there Again!

Went right at close and the guy said we could still order. He was very friendly. Ordered the bacon cheese hot dog with ketchup and mustard. The bacon was crisp and the hotdog had a slight snap. Pretty sure the cheese was kraft singles but it was still good. Absolutely no complaints.

Yesterday I placed a delivery order for 3 burgers and 1 fry—only received the fries. The bag was sealed with just one item, so it was clearly packed wrong. When I called the store, I was met with rude, dismissive staff who told me it wasn’t their problem and even accused me of lying. I wasn’t asking for a refund—just trying to get help—but the way I was treated was so unprofessional, I’ll never go back. Extremely disappointing experience.

Yo should check on people working there on Sundays… They literally gave me something that can’t be called a burger… They’re wrapped in Aluminum foil so bad to hide their mess, I can’t believe they did that. I should have taken a picture, but I I threw that garbage in the trashcan after the first bite.They really messed with my food. I won’t be ever at this place again.
