This location of this chain is a particularly good one. Food is always fresh, staff is always friendly, prompt, and accurate. Usually kept very clean although I generally take out rather than dine-in. It’s definitely one of the best Five Guys locations I’ve been to and therefore gets 5-stars for what it is, fast food burgers and shakes.

First time trying this location. Paid for 1 hot dog. Waited 15 minutes. Then one of guys from the grill finally asked what I was waiting for. Explained. Look over and see 1 burnt to a crisp wiener on the grill. They proceed to make up some excuse about my ticket falling on the floor. No apology. Got my refund and left.

Went to this Five Guys location tonight and Mike and the crew were helpful, attentive, and seemed to be enjoying their time with customers and each other, which you really can’t say often at fast food type places much these days. We live in between 2 locations and usually go to the other one more often but their fries were better than I remembered tonight and I’m more likely to go to Westfield again next time we order. Thanks!

Good five guys location for a nice juicy burger. They have the prep station right by the customer so you can see them assembling your burger.
Okay location though since parking can be tough because it’s in downtown Westfield but there are a few lots around. Just need to walk a few blocks.

I had a wonderful experience at Five Guys in Westfield, New Jersey. The person who took care of me was Isabelle. She was professional, courteous, and friendly. The restaurant was very clean, and the garbage was kept. My burger was fresh and delicious. I also ordered a fry and a milkshake which was also very fresh. My overall experience was 5 stars.
