Very welcoming and clean burger spot . The staff is excellent. Five guys burgers and fries are consistently delicious. Stopped here before walking across to the AMC theatre. Great location.

Take out was delicious! Cashier recommended the Patty melt upon my recommendation request. I ordered that, and a medium fry. My total came to $16 and some change, plus a tip. I feel that although it was delicious, it was overpriced. The servings should be two burgers, and fries for the amount of money being spent. The burgers aren’t big enough, nor the entire meal filling enough, to be so expensive. Hopefully, they will take my advice into consideration. I gave them 4 stars only because of the highway robbery pricing.

I have to go back and get the name of the young man working that day ♀️ I was supposed to write this review a month ago. My experience was phenomenal! I believe it was Ty, Roderick and Anthony who made my day. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Welcomed like family, ordered handled with care, timing was quick and most importantly it was accurate. I said I would be back and ended up coming back later that day for my mom.
Overall, good people, great food and awesome service.
The place was clean, plenty of parking and free peanuts !

The burgers are fresh and super delicious. The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant. I never have to wait long for my delicious burger with delicious fries . Their milkshakes are awesome as well. I definitely recommend it ✔️

UPDATE: From 4 stars to 3. This location is becoming less and less a favorite. My complaint is staff not being sanitary while handling cooked food. There are plenty disposable gloves, but seldomly used. The person handling the counter, i.e., assembling the burgers, should absolutely not be touching their cell phones in between preparing food without changing gloves. That is highly unsanitary and puts consumers at risk of bacterial infection. The guy preparing my burger stopped to check his phone while waiting for the patties. Then was about to finish wrapping my burger, right before I asked him to please change his gloves. Disgusting.
Management, retrain your staff. There should be strict protocols in place to safely handle cooked food.
Old post: Recently order the Tiktok crazed grilled cheese sandwich with a beef patty and let me tell you, forget what you know about grilled cheese..lol Honestly, as I watched them make this with an inverted bun, I didn’t think it was anything special. “It’s a regular cheeseburger!”..so I thought. But listen here, the crisp toasted and buttery exterior was everything! So delicious!! I almost cannot explain it and will have to try again so to get my thoughts together. I added light mayo, light mustard, light ketchup, and grilled onions with a side of pickles. Yummy! This location is clean and staff are friendly. Be patient however, because the cheese needs to be nice and melty.

Every time we make our way into this Five Guys, the staff is so cheerful you’d think they were getting paid in rainbows and compliments. They’re joking, smiling, radiating joy like they’ve all had a spiritual awakening in a vat of peanut oil.
Other places make you feel like ordering a meal is a personal attack. But not here. Here, we are welcomed like fried royalty escaping the tragic drama of our workday. One lunch break in this place and suddenly I’m refreshed, revived, and ready to pretend I have my life together.
In short: heavenly people, fabulous fries, zero emotional damage. Highly recommend!

My first and last experience here. The service was not bad, the cashier was great but when picking up it was not as friendly. The food was not as good. I was expecting more from the hype for the flavor. I had purchased 2 little bacon cheeseburgers and one cheeseburger with large fries and 2 drinks. It’s way overpriced for something so fast food. The regular cheeseburger was undercooked with an ice cold bun. The other 2 cheeseburgers were without any seasoning . The fries were the best but too expensive for something that seems like a “Wendys” copy. Just to go your favorite fast food burger place and it will be cheaper and more flavorful.

Pretty upset at the moment. I’m not going to mention the servers name but his saying stuff like “another day, another dollar” He was not friendly during my first experience at five guys. He did apologize and I placed my order. Little bacon cheese burger with onions and little bacon burger with onions. I get home and see that one of the orders is wrong. I speak to the same cashier that took my order and instead of solving the issue his response was to hang up the phone on me. This will be my first and last time at this location and I may even reach out to corporate.
