My son and I went for a burger on Saturday night at Five Guys. The restaurant was packed — every table was occupied and most people were waiting. Normally, a good burger is worth the wait.
Unfortunately, this time it wasn’t. When we finally got our burgers and fries, the food was more than disappointing. The burgers were burnt and completely dry, with no juice at all. My son, who normally loves burgers, took only two bites and then stopped eating. His hot dog was okay, but nothing special.
The fries were dry, rock-hard, and simply not tasty. On top of that, we paid about $50 in total. I’m happy to pay more for good food, but this was very low quality for the price.
I do want to mention that the cashier was helpful and immediately got my lemon juice bottle from the back. However, despite that small positive, the overall experience was a disaster. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.

Five guys burgers never disappoint. They’re juicy and made to order, so the wait can be a bit long. The French fries are better than the used to be. They aren’t as greasy as they were in previous visits. They also give a generous portion of fries. Can’t wait to go back.

This is actually a decent five guys. It has good service and delicious food. My only reservation is the limited seating. It’s probably only an issue during the busy times but sometimes during the lunch hours you can find the manager sitting at one of these tables with his laptop. Perhaps he needs an office. Either way he shouldn’t be camped out during the busy lunch hour doing work.

I mean, it’s good, but it isn’t as good as what they are charging per menu item! No meals, just individual items, so you will pay at least $8 just for a burger and then you buy your side for extra. It’s was almost $50 for a family of 3. The staff were a little cranky. The place was clean but there were some flies and one landed in my son’s drink. They messed up my husband’s order so we paid for bacon we never got. The soda was flat and the flavor didn’t taste right. I would probably go back just for a burger- they are good! I wouldn’t write home about the fries, personally, but I know others like them.

The fourth time being at the five guys, it just keeps getting better every time I go there. I would really recommend the cheese dog. Everything is and tastes really fresh + the service was also great.

Perfect food, often a bit quiet for a burger place, minimal interaction with staff, which I am okay with. I got a delicious lettuce wrapped little hamburger with raw onions, pickles, and tomato in a car-safe bowl to go. Sauces on side. Looks like they do catering orders too, which is a big plus. And it was healthy and fast. It’s just a struggle to place my order sometimes. Someone hung up on my wife when she tried to call my order in.

The women making the food was rude to her co workers n customers and her bare butt was hanging out of her pants.
